SINE PINOY NATIONAL SUMMER WORKSHOP WORKSHOP RULES & REGULATIONS

REGISTRATION:

1. Registration starts from January 16- February 10.

A. Registration forms are available at Dream Arts Production office or can be downloaded at our website www.dreamartsproduction.com or can be requested to our area coordinators.

B. Registration forms must be sent to secretariat.dreamartsproduction@gimail.com and will be considered as the official personal data of the work shopper. Registration form must be submitted with the following:

Valid ID (School ID, Company ID, etc.) 2x2 picture ( for Dream arts work shoppers ID) Full Body Picture

Work shoppers for kid, pre-teens and teens category, and the form will be filled up by the parents/guardians. Registration form must be submitted with the following:

Valid ID for the work shopper (School ID, etc.) Valid ID for the parent/Guardian 2x2 picture ( for Dream arts work shoppers ID) 2x2 picture of parents/guardian ( for Dream Arts Fetchers ID) Full Body Picture

ENROLLMENT:

1. Enrollment starts from February 13-April 13, 2012 only.

A. Workshop fee ranges from P13, 000-P17, 000. P13, 000 for kids-pre-teens on acting, singing and dancing workshop. P15, 000 for teens adults for acting, singing and dancing workshop. P17,000 for film and TV production. B. Early enrollees will avail the 10% discount from January 16 - February 3, 2012.

2. Work shopper must personally come to Dream Arts production office or deposit the fees to bank. Bank Receipts will be considered the official receipt unless submitted to the area coordinator and be released with an official receipt. Transact only with the area Coordinators. 3. Dream Arts will email you for confirmation 2-3 days after we received the transaction slip.

4. Work shoppers if not paying the full amount during the enrollment, they are required to give the 50% of the workshop fee and the 50% will on the 2nd day of the workshop.

5. Work shoppers below 18 years old must be accompanied by their guardians and will be given the Dream Arts Production Fetchers ID.

FOR WORKSHOPPERS:

All work shoppers are subject to the Workshop Rules and Regulations, which are in force, and which may be amended by Dream Arts Production as the need arises.

1. The workshop is available to individuals 16 years old and above. Individuals from 6-15 years of age are required to obtain parental consent to join the workshop.

2. All work shoppers warrant and represent that they are in good physical condition and that they know of no medical or other reason why they are not capable of engaging in the workshop activities and that such activities will not be detrimental to their health, safety, comfort or physical condition. Work shoppers further represent that they suffer from no physical impairment that would prevent their involvement in any workshop activity. Dream Arts Production should be informed in writing if a work shopper has any special mental or physical conditions that may impede his or her performance during the workshop.

3. All work shoppers are required to wear proper workshop attire to enable them to engage fully in all workshop activities. Loose, comfortable, flexible clothes and rubber shoes are preferred. Skirts, high heels and jewelry are discouraged.

4. Workshop ID cards are to be brought at all times during workshop sessions and may not be used by other individuals apart from the work shopper. ID cards are not to be used as passes to other areas within ________________________.

5. It is understood and agreed that work shoppers are NOT employees or agents of Dream Arts Production. Dream Arts Production., its staff, facilitators and coordinators will not be liable for any claims, demands, losses, loss of profit or business, actions or legal proceeding due to death, injury, loss, damage or theft to a work shoppers person or property arising out of, or in connection with any of the workshop activities or venues. Work shoppers hold Dream Arts Production, its staff, facilitators and coordinators free from all claims which may be brought against them by a work shopper or on a work shoppers behalf for any such injuries or claims as aforesaid and all costs and expenses incidental thereto. Work shoppers further agree that they will not be covered by an accident insurance and that they waive any and all claims for damages from Dream Arts Production., staff, facilitators and coordinators.

6. The workshop fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. Work shoppers may not assign an unregistered individual to take their place or assume their obligations in the workshop should the work shopper be unable to continue the workshop for whatever reason. If a work shopper obtains three or more absences, he/she will not be included in the final output of the workshop.

7. For acting workshop: the roles in the short digital film that will be assigned to the work shoppers by Dream Arts Production are final. The roles will be assigned based on auditions/VTRs.

FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS/VISITORS:

1. Parents/Guardians/Visitors who are to fetch work shoppers below 16 years of age are required to present their Dream Arts Production fetchers ID before the work shoppers are turned over to their respective fetchers.

2. Parents/Guardians/Visitors are not allowed in the workshop venue while the workshop is ongoing.

TERMINATION:

1. Dream Arts Production reserves the right to reject and/or terminate a work shoppers enrollment for the following reasons: a. Without notice and with immediate effect if the members conduct, whether or not such conduct is the subject of complaint by another work shopper(s), is such that reasonable opinion of Dream Arts Production staff/facilitators/coordinators, may be injurious to the character or interest of the venue, Dream Arts Production staff/facilitators/coordinators and/or other work shoppers. B. Without notice and with immediate effect if the work shopper shall have committed any breach of the workshop rules and regulations. c. Upon notice in writing, if any dues or any other payment required remain unpaid after the due date (3rd session) of payment. d. Upon notice in writing, if Dream Arts Production is of the opinion that the work shopper is not a suitable individual to continue workshop activities. All decisions of Dream Arts Production under this clause are final and binding.

2. Any work shopper whose registration is terminated by Dream Arts Production shall forfeit all the privileges of Dream Arts Production work shoppers with immediate effect without claim for any refund of his or her workshop fee.

GENERAL PROVISIONS:

1. Participants are required to sell ten (10) tickets of their own culminating activity to cover the cost of the venue and other technical requirements. The tickets may be sold to family and/or friends.

2. The workshops final output, i.e., digital film, any individual/group photographs or videos of work shopper(s), artist(s) and or guest(s) shall be the exclusive property of Dream Arts Production who shall have the unlimited right to use them for press and promotional purposes without any compensation to work shopper(s), artist(s) and/or guest(s) featured in the short digital film/photographs/videos/

3. Alcoholic beverages, narcotics or other mood altering substances as well as smoking and gambling are strictly prohibited at the workshop venues. Any work shopper/guest using or is under the influence of such substance will not be allowed at the workshop venues.

4. Work shoppers/parents/guardians/visitors are to observe cleanliness and orderliness at the workshop venues.
