Morning adhkhaar: Allaahumma bika asbahnaa, wa bika amsaynaa, wa bika nahyaa, wa bika namootu wa ilaykan-nushoor (Saheeh At-Tirmidhi 3/142) Oh Allaah, by You we enter the morning and by You we enter the evening, by You we live and by You we die, and to You is the final return. Ebook link: http://www.kalamullah.com/Books/fortress_of_the_muslim.pdf. [Reported by AlBayhaqi, 3/345; al-Silsilat al-Saheeh, 1797] Please remember & mention me in them! Afternoon adhkhaar: Allaahumma bika amsaynaa wa bika asbahnaa, wa bika nahyaa, wa bika namoot, wa ilaykal-maseer, Oh Allaah, You bring us the end of the day as You bring us its beginning, You bring us life and You bring us death, and to You is our fate Tafseer: Means interpretation/meaning of the Quraan. Who is asking something from Me so that I may grant him his request? Who is seeking My forgiveness so that I may forgive him? (Bukhari, 1145) Witr: Means odd number (1,3,5..). The Prophet (salAllaahualayhi wassallam) said Make witr your last salaah for the night (Bukhari) Qunoot: Qunoot Duaa is recited whilst standing (before or after the ruku/bowing). The Qunoot duaa can be recited in Witr, it consists of invoking Allaah when the Muslim ummah is faced with great hardship and need. Suraah Mulk: Recommended to read before going to sleep. The Prophet (salAllaahu alayhi wassallam) said, 'Suraah al Mulk is the protector from the torment of the grave' [Sahihul Jamiea 1/680, Hakim 2/498 & Nasai] Salaah tul Istikharaah: Means asking Allaah guidance regarding a matter.
