The Browns dropped a 28-9 setback at Tennessee. The Browns opened the scor-
ing with a pair of field goals of 47 yards and 41 yards by K Phil Dawson for an
early 6-0 lead. Tennessee responded with a 28-yard touchdown pass from QB
Kerry Collins to FB Ahmard Hall and a three-yard touchdown run by RB LenDale
White for a 14-6 halftime lead. The Titans added a nine-yard touchdowns pass
from Collins to WR Justin Gage in the third quarter to open a 21-6 lead. Cleveland
added a 39-yard field goal by Dawson early in the fourth stanza to cut the deficit,
21-9. However, Titans rookie RB Chris Johnson scored on a 25-yard burst to the
outside for the 28-9 final. QB Ken Dorsey made his first start in three years and
made only his third appearance with the Browns since joining the club in 2006.
Dorsey was 22-of-43 passing for 150 yards and one interception. Browns receiver
Joshua Cribbs led the club with 24 yards rushing and attempted one pass, which
fell incomplete, as he took six snaps from the shotgun formation. Browns RB Ja-
