PREFACE
Under the prescribed course of Third year of bachelor of Business Administration Program conducted by SHRI SHAMBHUBHAI V. PATEL COLLEGE OF COMPUTER SCIENCE AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT. A student is to be place 2 month winter training with objective of studying the Marketing Department and Research Methodology with other general features of the firm and also to get the practical knowledge of theory. In accordance to it, I HITESH KAKADIYA visited to DEV SHREE NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED. The training was for 2 month. It is truly said that knowledge is the power to control things and we can get knowledge about organization only through practical training. This training increases the skill, attitude and ability of students to perform specific job in industrial environment in systematic and modern ways. It is heartening to produce this report based on decimations and information collected during training.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
MITRA channel is a first digital channel of Surat. MITRA channel start at katargam area in 14th December, 2002 by MR. GOPALBHAI GOHIL is the CEO of channel and he is starting other four channels. MITRA channel is most favorable in Surat city because they know about the customer need and wants. They realize the all type of programs in their channel. Many types of programs like (Movies, Bhajan, News, Songs, Education program, and all Valuable programs.) First I studied on general information of MITRA channel than I selected a special project on the katargam area in Surat. I make a successful survey in katargam and other area. At the end of study I have give some suggestion like people needs, Fix schedule, people awareness etc. As a partial requirement of BBA degree all students have to undergo 8 weeks training. In respect to this I have prepared a project report on Public preference and Attitude toward MITRA channel. For this survey also give the suggestions and ideas about the differentiation in the awareness. Objective of Study To know the awareness of the MITRA channel. To identify public wants/preferences on MITRA channel. To identify public attitude toward the MITRA channel.

Significance of the study

The study helps to company for future planning. This project report helps to student in his future study. To improve the public satisfaction of channel.
