I. INTRODUCTION OF BUSINESS IDEA: Paysage services Pvt. Ltd.(PSPL) Is a company which provides garden and landscape development as well as maintenance services. II. SERVICE/products AND ITS APPLICATIONS: We would be providing services such as developing & decorating landscape particularly gardens. Which include our services will include only designing (i.e. customer will provide us with the land area & shape along with their budget then based on these given constrains we will be providing them with various designs which can be applied. Well cater to various types of customers with following listed services. 1. Garden Development. 2. Garden Maintenance Contract. 3. Landscape Development. 4. Landscape Maintenance Contract. 5. Landscape Designing 1. Garden Development: Paysage services Pvt. Ltd will provide help to private as well as corporate customer to development of Garden in their premises. Below has shown some pictures of our services.

2. Garden Maintenance Contract: sAs there is an increase in labor problems, people dont want to spend their time in these hassles. So we will act as a boon for them. We provide annual Garden maintenance with a reasonable price.

3. Landscape Development: Peoples inclination towards environment has increased these days. So they want some artifacts which provide peace to their mind. So Landscape near their house or office will work best for their requirement. Below shown some photographs of the services that we provide.

4. Landscape Maintenance Contract: PSPL will provide annual maintenance services for corporates as well as Private customers to maintain their landscape as well as prevent it from any kind of bacterial attacks.

5. Landscape Designing: PSPL would have special architect who would design the landscape as per the customer and budget requirement. Initially, PSPL would provide them some options from which they could finalize the design they want. We could have part time architect for this service.

Garden and landscape services delivery 1. Landscape Design Site Analysis, Concept Drawing, Final Drawing and Presentation Refer to our landscape designs page for a detailed process of how to go about getting your garden designed and installed. 2. Plant Sourcing We deal directly with the growers to improve provide better pricing to the clients. In some cases we have growers growing particularly for PSPL 3. Design Maintenance PSPL provides maintenance of Gardens already installed and ensure that our client is 100% satisfied throughout the year. 4. Irrigation paysage has an agreement with Shree Narmada Integrated who will provide us all the irrigation equipment when required. 5. Water Features paysage can install any form of water feature. 6. Swimming Pools - We have our own swimming pool teams to install a pool which will be uniquely designed together with our customer landscaped garden and their budget. 7. Hardscaping and General Hardscaping - paysage can do cladding, retaining walls and provide any hardscape requirements specific to the client. 8. Lighting and Garden Electrics pyasage has an electrician in its team who will be always there to see to all the electrical fittings and other lighting requirement. 9. Rubble/ Refuse removal This function is taken care of as part of any design and installation process. 10. Tree Felling paysage will outsource tree felling service from local tree cutters in Ahmedabad. 11. Project Management paysage will manage the entire project providing effective Turnkey Solutions. We believe in working with the developers at the earliest possible stage to meet the clients needs at minimal cost.

12. Paving paysage employs its own paving team. We will be using well known products such as Colonial Stone, Smartstone as well as the more unique natural stones from various international suppliers such as Mazista and local supplier Alto Designer Tile. We can meet all paving requirements within the project. 13. Decking - paysage employs its own decking team to meet all the decking requirements in the design - refer to our decking page for detailed information on our decking.

Landscape Services
Initially our organization will be providing engaged in providing Landscaping and gardening services, but in future we are planning to enter into Children Playing Equipment, Rain Water Harvesting and Sewage Water Treatment Services to our customers. On the requirement of our customer and there budget we can also provide them services such as installation of optimum quality range of Benches, Gazebo, Fountain, Water Curtain and Rubber Flooring also . Customers can avail this wide range of services from us at industry leading prices. In our range, we offer the following: Garden maintenance services: We are engaged in rendering Garden Maintenance Services to our customers that would revamp the open space and enhance its appeal. Landscaping is done by growing lush green grass, attractive flowers, trees and various types of plants & herbs that would give a character of its own to the garden space. Our team will be of experts in the landscaping work and who will cultivate plants in such a manner that the space would be judiciously utilized. Further, we see to the fact that the combination of plants and their location add value to the place. Water curtain & Water fountain On the requirement of our customer, and their budget we can also provide them with some additional features such as water curtain, water fountain, etc. in their garden.

III. MARKET POTENTIAL: As such, there are large numbers of Small companies which provide this kind of services but still there is huge untapped market as they do not belong to the organized sector. It will be our prime motto to cater customer need with quality which will result in growth of our company. Word of mouth is an essential marketing tool in our business so we will focus more on customer satisfaction and would try to create a brand. V. LOCATION PREFERABLE:

PSPL will first rent godown which will work as an office as well as warehouse. We will set up our office kum warehouse Near 132 ring road (i.e. near to Vaishno Devi temple) as one side is already developed i.e. S.G.Highway and the other side is developing rapidly which will helps us to save on acquisition cost. The develop area will give us maintenance projects while new development happening near this area which will be a potential market for PSPL. Also this location would make us much nearer to Gandhinagar which has a huge market to serve.
