Mour ning begins negotiating a one-year extension (sole source contract) for the Downs. Includes portions of agreements previously negotiated by predecessor. 4/11 Downs at Albuquerque enters settlement with State Gaming Com for "committing an unsuitable method of operation" and for violating board rules.
