Jay McCleskey asked by National Republicans to convince Pat Rogers to become NM US Atty to replace David Iglesias who they helped remove. Jay McCleskey and Pat Rogers involved in Republican lawsuit to eliminate drivers licenses for illegal immigrants in NM.

Mour ning begins negotiating a one-year extension (sole source contract) for the Downs. Includes portions of agreements previously negotiated by predecessor. 4/11 Downs at Albuquerque enters settlement with State Gaming Com for "committing an unsuitable method of operation" and for violating board rules. Buster is father-inlaw of Susana PAC fundraiser Andrea Goff. 6/30/11 Dan Mourning emails Ryan Cangiolosi "The RFP is set with a posting on July 5th 7/7/11 Windham and Turner give $5,000 to Susana PAC through Sunray Gaming LLC. Nate Gentry launches investigation into Rodes emails.
