Business Process No. 1: Details: Step1: Patient Comes for Laboratory Tests to check his health status
This is the most important part of any laboratory because a patient is what that essential to keep their business is going. A patient always go to pathological because often he/she is referred by a doctor, or may be he is an experienced one have good knowledge over understanding laboratory reports to keep track of his/her health condition. So, whenever a patient comes to a pathological laboratory, he has a requisition slip by his family doctor or might be he is a regular one who keeps provide his blood samples to keep track his health over constant period of time.

Step1: Patient at Sample Test Booking Section:

Have requisition slip?

Patient first comes at test booking area to provide a requisition slip of his doctor which has list of blood tests that his doctor wants or if patient doesnt have requisition slip then he provide a list of blood tests his own to them at their laboratory for processing.

A man at reception counter checks from laboratorys test book that is the list of lab. A test provided by patient performs at Lab or not. If not, then hell return the slip to patient and this business will end undone. But, if yes, then man at reception take the slip from patient and create a new patient entry in patient tests slip book, to create a slip for this new patient. Add tests and their amount in the slip and calculates the total amount for the test, and then asks for payment,
