TCS should increase its efficiency in Express services by ensuring proper delivery of shipments in anticipated time. 3. TCS should use its resources to penetrate in Drop Box Services which can play a vital role in its business growth. RIGHT IDEOLOGY: a) According to Jim Collins there is no RIGHT Ideology. Authenticity of Ideology and the extent to which a company attains consistent alignment Counts more. According to Jim Collins Ideology: Should be Authenticated, Legitimate, based on truthfulness and reliable. And Company should attain consistent position with this Ideology. b) Hewlett Packard ideology serves the best to their business: This Includes: Technical contribution to field in which we participate Respect and opportunity people, including the opportunity to share in the success of the enterprise. Contribution and responsibilities to the communities in which we operate Affordable quality for HP customers. Profit and growth as a means to make all of the other values and objectives possible.

In simple terms, core values are set conceptions that company decide to follow in a business. They give an understanding to other entities around company about the way of thinking and living. Core values are the very significant components of the identity of any business. They are specialized standards set by a company regarding the method of its functioning, decision making, problem solving, and customer service.
