Job responsibilities: Involved in Inspection of pressure vessel for clients like ONGC and Dragon oil Project. Vessels inspected like slug catcher, heater treater and degassing boot and procurement inspections of the same. Inspection conducted for the clients like: - Dragon oil which involves following details 1. U stamp vessels for Dia 3600mm & length 22 mts,Heater Treater along with pipe lines attached to it for both heater side and treater side, witnesses the hydro test for vessels and all stages from material identification till final assy of vessels along with the pipe line in the same condition as on the site. U STAMP VESSEL :- SCRUBBER OF 2500MM I.D & 10MTS LONG, FITTED ALONG WITH THE BASE FRAME AND THE TOP PLATEFORM AFTER WINESSING ALL THE STAGES FROM MATERIAL INSPECTION TILL FINALL ASSY ON THE BASE FRAME.

Manage all QA activities on the assigned project, preparation of Quality plan and monitor Inspection, monitor the establishment of project procedures and instructions Plates & accessories identification and setup. Continually improve, maintain and implement the Quality Manual, procedures, checklists and QMS Audit schedule to include both project and discipline audits.. Keep record of Calibration and maintenance of all measuring instruments. To generate daily inspection reports/date at all the stages of inspection & simultaneously analyze the causes for daily Non- Conformance in all stages and suggest suitable corrective actions. Product traceability and identification. Review of Material Test Certificate, HT Certificate, Welding electrode Batch Certificate and keeping records of the same.

Review and comments on Quality Assurance plans, HT certificate, critical inspection report and ITPs issued by construction contractors. Review contractual documents for project & preparation of project Quality plan. Certification of Welder Qualification as per applicable codes of practice. Raw material inspection on incoming material and co-relation of material identification with MTC & surface profile, surface finish inspection during material blasting (Grit/shots/sand/copper slag) and paint DFT. Dish set up & inspection Review of data sheet, drawing, inspection report as per built drawing to be carried out.
