Assessment / Development Centre


We help organisations in conducting the Assessment / Development Centres based on their competency framework for diagnosing & developing the potential talent. Based on the identified competencies, we create a set of customized business simulation exercises and psychometric tools are used which aim at measuring each of the competencies in a scientific, structured and objective manner. The observations of our trained assessors form the basis of computerised algorithms which collate information from all the exercises to arrive at the overall proficiency level of the individual.
