Apifonda
Apifonda is a ready-made feed in paste form and contains sugars specially suited to bees. Its micro crystals, which are coated with thin film of syrup, are carried off easily by the bees and swallowed directly. Typical uses: Spring stimulation, forming of new colonies, gaps in the nectar flow, early winter feeding.
Apipuder
Apipuder is a special powdered sugar for preparing bee feed in the form of dough. To produce Apipuder, very pure sucrose is ground until it is exceptionally fine. As a result, Apipuder contains no undesirable substances. Typical uses: Queen breeding, forming of new colonies.
Delivered in: SUDZUCKERS range of bee feeds includes three different sucrose-based products. Considering the nutrients they contain bees make optimal use of them. Apiinvert
Apiinvert is a syrup of extremely high purity, liquid product made up of sucrose, fructose and glucose. Apiinvert contains no forms of sugar that are not easily digestible. The high proportion of fructose means that the product shows little tendency to granulate in the honeycomb, even at low temperatures. Thanks to the mild processing conditions, Apiinvert contains no substances that are not suited to bees. Typical uses: Gaps in the nectar flow, late winter feeding.
MOLASSES
Molasses is a by-product obtained from sugar manufacturing. It is a thick and sticky liquid of brown color and caramel smell, left after removing sugar from sugar beets. Molasses contains, first of all, sugar substances in the form of sucrose, glucose and fructose. It is also rich in metallic elements, such as iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, copper, etc. Quality parameters of molasses are specified in the Polish norm PN-76 R-64772. Molasses is used mainly in alcohol production, as the basic ingredient in producing baking yeast and as animal feed
additive. The main recipients of molasses are companies from the liquor producing sector, yeast manufacturers and animal feed producers. Molasses is delivered in: truck-tanks or railway tanks. Molasses is sold on the basis of annual contracts based on the quantities produced during the sugar campaign.
Beet pulp pellets are by-products obtained from sugar manufacturing from cut and lixiviated sugar beets, which are then subject to drying process. The quality requirements of beet pulp pellets are defined in the Polish norm PN 85-R 64408. The basic sales parameters are: humidity, sugar contents and the pellets diameters.
Beet pulp pellets are used mainly as an ingredient in production of full-value feed for bred animals due to the contents of sugar and metallic elements. The main beet pulp pellet recipients are animal feed manufacturers. The pellets are sold on the basis of annual contracts based on the quantities produced during the sugar campaign. Beet pulp pellets are delivered in bulk by trucks.

Icing sugar, due to its fine granulation is the most sensitive product as far as storing conditions are concerned. The finer the granulation, the more difficult is to keep its friability. Therefore, in order to meet the customers requirements, the healthfriendly, natural anti-lumping supplements have been added. The most frequently used are crystal glucose or corn- farina. Glucose is a 2% supplement to sugar and farina no more than 4%. Delivered in: paper bags - 10 kg paper bags - 50 kg bulk Fondants contain sucrose and glucose syrup. LIQUID SUGAR
invert sugar
Invert sugar is a thick syrup of the straw color and sweet taste, easy water-dissolving. It is almost 1,3 times sweeter than sugar, what enables to limit the sweeteners usage. Syrup is pasteurized therefore it does not make any additional microbiological threat in the technological process. The syrup is a solution of the concentration from 68% to 75%, of any depending upon the customer s needs contents of glucose, fructose and sucrose. The basic product inverted in 50% contains c.a. 28% water and 72% dry substance, sucrose being 36% and glucose and fructose 18% each. Upon the customer s request it is possible to decrease pH, as well as to increase or decrease the invert contents in the product. sugar syrup
Sugar syrup, referred to also as liquid sugar is a sucrose water solution, obtained by dissolving white sugar in water, of concentration 62 - 68% Sugar syrup is an entirely natural product, with no artificial ingredients or coloring. It does not crystallize even after long storage period. Using sugar syrup in production decreases the technological process costs considerably, by, among other issues, saving energy used for sugar dissolving and, consequently, pasteurization and filtration, it decreases the loss and significantly facilitates unloading, thus limiting the employment-related costs. NIBS SUGAR
Nibs sugar is granulated sugar of cat. 1, revealing exceptional hardness obtained through the applied cold shaping process, at high pressure, and then - lengthy drying process. This sugar is available in six following granulations: P1 P2 P3 P4/5 P5 1,6-2,5 mm 2,5 - 4 mm 4 - 5,6 mm 8 - 10 mm 10 - 16 mm Depending upon granulation type, nibs sugar is used, among other applications, for preparing and decorating raw ginger and yeast dough, wafers, buns and decorating sweet cakes.
