Marie R. Grill and Katrina W. Wright are two excellent examples of great preparation, effort, and inspiration for all generations. Business with the Government as M. Gill said is a great way to start your own business.Basically she fullfill us with very notable relavant information on how to properly manage business activities. However, one of the main points she emphasized on was education as one of the keys to success. In addition, she gave us ideas of how to have do a written plan, so new business entrepeneurs will know what and where to go. As the speech went on, i realized the importance of manage cash flow in any type of business,so for that, it is neccesary to be aggresive with account collections, and trade credit from vendors in a proper way. Also, it is as important to build up strong relationships with all members of stakeholders. Indeed, as future entrepeneurs, we should keep in mind that business should always give back to the community. Small things such as volunteer, ways to say thank you, and vote are big help to our society. Neverthless, there is a good phrase from M. Gill that i will a keep as a treasure for my future; Be passionate, be loyal, but never compromize your integrity. I honestly think these words are fundumental to sucess not only in business but in life. On the other hand, Katrina W. Wright gave us ideas on how to become a senior vice president and a good manager of recognized fincancial institution such as Bank Of America. According to her experience, effective managers must know how to form connections alignments with diverse clients, they need to be respectfull, and they need to be confident. Lastly, she recommended us to read The magic of thinking big and the Road Less Travel, so they will be my next entretainers for few months.

1 SPEECH Sonshine Communications It was a pleasant experience to see passion, professionalism, dedication, and constancy in such a great woman, Bernadette A. Morris CEO of Sonshine Communications, Inc. She presented to the audience an inspiring and motivating speech where us women can see that we are capable of being just as powerful as men. It did not take her more than 3 concept keys: motivation, dedication, and determination to become a powerful business woman. However, she gave us different advices on how to become successful in what we would like to do. Motivation requires hunger, dedication, it implies envision, many hours of work, and determination needs to impress. She mentioned that it becomes our personal question to ask how to succeed? As individuals that would like to become entrepreneurs one day, we must come up with a vision plan that which corresponds to a faithful yet realistic goal. Indeed, as she mentioned, a successful business is based on good relations. As these relations get stronger and globalize, managers are ready and prepared to change depending on the diverse cultures around the world. It is ideal to be very good with communication, be a team player, and research skills to keep relations going. In addition, flexibility, creativity, decisiveness, and experience are all important factors that will affect such connections. Personally, I really appreciate that she encouraged us to defend ourselves in the future though preparation. As a matter of fact, having an excellent resume ready is one of the most important tools a student can have. Also, it is fundamental to be punctual because it will show that we are responsible, and that any company will trust in our effectiveness,

and most important of all, being aware of our biggest weaknesses and face them up with courage. In the end, all that matters is how well we learn to market ourselves.
