Life Beyond body & mind

We are not just body and mind, but we are Body, Mind & Consciousness. Consciousness do exits with or with out body & mind. When Consciousness stays in body & mind, we exist in this physical plane. Can one do things without body & mind? Yes. We can do things thousand times more than what one can do with body & mind alone. How to do things without body & mind? First one has to understand the Reality. Reality is: One is not just body & mind. But he stays in body & mind. Then he starts wondering the origin of his existence. He will understand that: All his thoughts, actions, works are governed and monitored through his Consciousness. Then why he can not think and act according to his own feelings? It is because he believes he is just body & mind. He works through his mind. Once one understands that he is the Consciousness and starts living with this Knowledge, then he will see miracles happening within himself. How to attain this state?

1. One has to live with the moment in total. 2. One has to experience what ever comes to him as experiences. 3. Increase his Core Energy by being in the Cosmic Shower. It can be attained in deep silence, in Meditation. Further with more Meditation one will be in the Meditative state always. 4. One has to understand his grand existence through his life experiences and through Inner Journey. And 5. Being in the Path.

Meditative State
We are body-mind-intellect and self. Body is the vehicle of the soul to experience this frequency through our five senses. Mind is the tool to understand the experiences of the body. It is the decoder. Intellect is the analyzer of the data stored in the Mind. Self is our original zone. Here all our Knowledge of all our experiences of this life and all other previous lives are stored. Soul can understand the situations in total. Soul experiences the experiences in total and gets the Knowledge in that situation and expands. This is the very purpose of the soul. We live with either body consciousness or body-mind consciousness or body-mind-intellect consciousness or selfconsciousness. It depends totally on our Energy and Knowledge within us.

It is also called Core Potency or Atma Shakthi. If we have very low Core Potency, we live as body conscious people. With this we bother about our basic urges only. We strive hard for food, clothing, sex, and physical health. We will have unnecessary fear for nothing. We will loose our basic human qualities for these things. But we have the capacity to improve our Athma Shakthi or Core Potency and to move to next levels. It is possible only with Meditation. Meditation is the journey to our highest zone- zone of Self. When we reach this zone, we are arrived. This state is the Meditative State. It is also called No Mind or No Thought State. It is the Dhyana Sthithi.

When we are with our Self, we will have abundant Cosmic Energy and with this boosted Energy, we experience our situations in total. With this we will have no anxiety, no fear, and no problems to handle the situations. We will have total understanding capabilities. Consequently, we obtain Knowledge and our Consciousness expands. We will transcend all dualities and be blissful at all times and situations. Meditation is the way to understand our Unlimitedness and attain Bliss.

Live in the Moment


Chaos is the order of life for people who do not have Knowledge and Energy. Always do the work on hand with totality. Feel it. Be with the work on hand. Do not bother about the next moment or work. Do the work which you 'feel' the most. Never plan and work. Never think- one work is small, other work is more important or less important. When ever you want to take up a work, whether it is minor or major- do it in-total, be with it, feel the work as the most important at the moment. Never keep time bound and purpose bound, target bound. Nature is so beautiful and organized. Nature knows every thing that is required for you. You have the instrument to be with Nature. The instrument is your 'FEEL'. Try to watch your 'feel' at every moment. You will be in the right Path. That Path is for you at the moment. If you don't like to do a work, keep it aside at the moment. Be relaxed. After some time, you will get interest on its own, Then you will do it at one go. Never create unnecessary fear for nothing. Be relaxed. All these are possible if you are with No Mind. Whenever thoughts creep in, cut it, take a deep breath, just relax. Do Meditation regularly. Believe in the Nature. Nature reflects in your inner feel. Follow it. Always. Always. Always.

What is Meditation Technique?


Meditation is the journey of our Consciousness to Self. We have transcended our body consciousness and mind consciousness to reach Self. The way to transcend is what we call Meditation Techniques. In other words, Meditation techniques are the techniques or technique one adopts to transcend the body and mind. Various Masters have researched and found out ways to transcend body and mind. There are hundreds of Meditation techniques to achieve this goal. The ultimate aim is to reach Self. When we reach Self, we will transcend body and mind. We will be with Self. Here we will have No Breath and No Thoughts. This state is Meditative state or Dhyana Sthithi. It is also called No Mind state. The character of the mind is thinking, analyzing. So, when we are in Mind zone, we will have thoughts-known or unknown. Further, because of analysis, we move from one thought to another thought and to next thought and it continues for ever. The thoughts also create emotions, fear, restlessness etc. With this our mind gets disturbed and we feel frustration in Meditation. Some times, we can not continue Meditation. Thoughts haunt us. To transcend the mind, one has to understand:

Mind can not transcend the Minds zone. So we have to stop all activities of the mind-like seeing, speaking, thinking and analyzing. We can achieve this only with Self activity. Self activity is pure witnessing or just observing with out any analysis. When you start witnessing or observing, mind activity slowly stops and we transcend the mind zone and we will reach self. Concentration is Minds work. Observation is Selfs work. So, do not concentrate on any thing- let it be chanting, visualizing or Breath. If you start concentrating on any thing, mind activity starts. So, we start analyzing it. It leads to one thought to another. We also loose Energy in Minds work. By simply observing or pure witnessing, we will transcend the mind. Here no analysis will be there. No Energy loss will be there. We smoothly reach self effortlessly. It is the most natural journey to reach self. The most easiest and profound way to reach self is: Observing ones natural Breath.

GUIDED MEDITATION TECHNIQUE


The Meditation Technique is the most powerful technique to help to transcend the body- mind consciousness. It is the way to reach Meditative State or Nirmala Sthithi. Meditation Guru has done decades of Research in other frequency realities through Journey Within and developed unique Meditation Technique. This is the way to reach Meditative State or Nirmala Sthithi. Meditation is the beautiful Experience one can have in this physical plane. Meditation is conscious sleep. Meditation is the journey from thoughtful state to thoughtless state. Meditation is the journey to transcend the mind and reach the Self. Meditation is very easy and natural. To do meditation nothing is required except the pure intent to experience That. Preparations: Select any convenient time in your daily schedule. The time for Meditation should be relaxed. It should not have very rigid schedule. Keep one hour in the day for practice of Meditation. Select a comfortable place which you feel more comfortable. Keep 30 minutes for Meditation on the first day. Posture: Meditation has to be practiced with sitting posture with closed eyes. You can either sit on a chair with crossed legs or on a mat in Sukhasana. The sitting posture should be comfortable for you to sit for one hour. Breath and Thoughts: Mind is nothing but bundles of thoughts. When we sit with closed eyes for Meditation, we reach mind zone. Here we get innumerable thoughts- known or unknown. Each thought will lead to another thought, again to many related thoughts. When we are in mind zone it is very natural to experience thoughts. Breath is the one which is happening within us with out mind's control. Breath happen in waking

state, sleep state and Breath will be there even in deep unconscious state. The flow, speed and rhythm of Breath are related to the state of Mind. Normal person with normal state of mind will have rhythmic 10 to 12 Breaths per minute. When the mind is tensed the Breath will not be rhythmic. Breath becomes haphazard and breath counts will be 20 to 70 breaths per minute depending on the intensity of stress one undergoes. On the other way round, when mind is calm breath becomes more rhythmic and slow. During sleep, breath will be slow and rhythmic 6 to 8 breaths per minute. In Meditation, the breath pattern becomes rhythmic and slow. Slowly breath becomes 3 to 4 breaths per minute. Further you will reach No Breath State. By witnessing the Breath without any analysis, with out any judgment one will transcend the body-mind zone with ease and finally reaches Self Zone. To achieve the Meditative state here is the way: Way to do Meditation: Sit comfortably. Clasp your fingers and cross your legs (if you are sitting on a chair) Close your eyes gently. Relax...Take 5-6 deep breaths...Take in-breath ...hold for few second....release out-breath slowly Relax...Now just witness the breath...Breath is happening on its own in a natural way. Just witness the flow of Breath. In-breath....out-breath... Just be with the Breath...Let the breath be on its own... Just witness...Thoughts may come in between. Just witness the breath...Thought slowly disappear on its own...Be with the breath...just witness...Just be...Be in this state as long as you 'feel'. Then slowly open your eyes. Be in this state for few minutes. Then slowly come out of the Meditation session. Practice Meditation every day. Meditate for one hour in each Meditation session. Meditate when ever you feel comfortable. Any time is okay for Meditation.

How to do Meditation ?
Meditation is the greatest and wonderful experience. Meditation is the easiest and natural phenomenon that is there with every one of us. Meditation is the only way to understand and to elevate to state of Bliss. What is Meditation? Meditation is the journey from known frequency to unknown frequencies. Meditation is the journey from our limited perception to Unlimitedness. Meditation is the journey from Body-Mind Consciousness to Self Consciousness. How to do Meditation? There are 3 steps to do Meditation:1. Posture 2. Meditation Technique 3. Meditative State and its Experiences Posture: Posture is defined as the way you sit for Meditation. Posture must be comfortable and stable. Posture is the first and foremost step in the process of Meditation. You can select a comfortable place in your natural environment. The place should be very comfortable and esthetic to you. You should feel comfortable in that environment. In that place select a comfortable place. Then sit in that place. You can sit in your normal way or you can sit cross legged, Sukhasana. Then clasp your fingers. You can also do mudras. Then when you feel comfortable, slowly close your eyes.

Meditation Technique: Meditation Technique is the technique one adopts to reach Meditative State. The easiest and profound way is to: Observe ones own natural Breath.

How to adopt the technique? After selecting the place, posture with the eyes closed, Take deep breath. Inhale deeply. Exhale deeply. Do Inhalation, Exhalation consciously with total relaxation for 5 times. Inhale slowly and exhale slowly. Take your own time. Then, slowly stop the inhalation and exhalation which you were doing consciously. Relaxtotally relaxSlowly you will witness a miracle. What you were doing consciously is still happening without your commands. Breath is happening on its own. Sometimes erratic, some times rhythmic. Observe that natural flow of Breath. Let it happen on its own. Just witness it. Do nothing. Just witness the Breath. Do not do conscious breathing. Breath happens on its own. Just be with the Breath and its flow.

Miracles start happening. Breath slowly becomes thinner and thinner. Breath becomes shorter and shorter. Slowly you will transcend the mind zone. Here in the process, known or unknown thoughts may just creep in. It may or may not disturb you. If it is not disturbing you, just be with breath. Slowly thoughts reduce. If thoughts are disturbing you: Thoughts will be there in the process of transcending the mind, because mind is nothing but bundles of thoughts.

When thoughts come and haunt you, just witness consciously your in-breath and out-breath. Do not negate the thoughts. Do not energize the thoughts. Do not go behind the thoughts. Just allow it to happen. RelaxrelaxJust observe the Breath. Witness the in-breath out-breathBreath will be erraticSlowly the breath becomes rhythmic. Breath becomes thinner and thinner. Thoughts too become lesser and lesser. Thoughts will not disturb you. It just happens as if it is happening some where and you are only witnessing it. Slowly thoughts become zero and breath becomes shorter and shorter. Slowly you will transcend the mind/thought zone. Meditative State and Meditative Experiences: By Observing, Witnessing you will slowly reach No Thought No Breath State. It is the Meditative State. In this state you will receive abundant Cosmic Energy. By continuously doing Meditation, Third Eye gets activated. Further Third Eye gets perfected. Astral Travel starts happening. We see our own physical body. Our Energy body gets cleansed. We will get glimpses of our past-lives. We will Experience many more. By doing Meditation, Our understandings will change. Our perceptions will change. We will understand our Unlimitedness we will understand Death and Beyond. We will be blissful at all times and situations.

Science of Breath
Breath is not just oxygen, nitrogen and other gases; Breath is 'Prana', the Life Force. When we are alive, Breath or 'Prana' is there. When there is no Prana', you are no more in the physical body. You are dead. Breath is a natural thing that happens in our human system. Breath is directly related to our mind activities. Normally one takes 10 to 14 Breaths per minute when he is mentally normal. When he gets tensed, breath rate increases to 25 and further, if he is super tensed, it may even touch 60 to 100. This is where Breath related problems aggravates, like high blood pressure etc. When one's mind is relaxed, breath rate reduces. If he is very calm mind, then his breath rate will be 8 to 10 breaths per minute. During deep sleep, breath rate will be 4 to 6 breaths per minute. In Mediation, we reach Meditative state. In this state one will have No Breath at all. If one practices Meditation continuously, mind will be very calm and peaceful. His breath rate also will be very low. At this point 'Prana' comes from our other source, through Bramha Randra.

Meditation for Health


Meditation is the way to improve your Health and to reduce stress and eradicates stress related problems. Meditation makes your mind clean and transparent. All unnecessary thoughts that are clogged on the mind will dissolve and disappear. Further it allows the flow of Cosmic Energy within. By receiving abundant Cosmic Energy, our Energy Body gets cleansed. Body is the source of physical body existence. The root cause of our diseases in physical body lies in Energy body as Etheric Patches. Meditation cleanses all Etheric Patches. Further Energy body gets abundant Energy. With this boosted Energy, your mind becomes calm. You will be able to handle your work with utmost ease. Consequently all your stress will vanish. By continuously doing Meditation every day, your stress related problems vanish. You will be able to live with happiness.

Your attitudes will change. Your actions will change and you will see a new transformed person in you. All these things can be achieved only if you spend an hour every day for Meditation. One hour a day in Meditation makes you healthy, happy and stress free.

Disturbed Mind
Disturbed mind is the reflection of your inner self. Disturbances lead to restlessness, irritations towards you and the next person around you. Creativity becomes a distant dream. You involve in mundane things with unhappiness. Unhappiness breads disturbances in body and mind. Why disturbances? If you can not understand the situation you are in or if you are not capable of handling your situations, then you feel restless and disturbed. The way to come out of it: Start being Within. Irritation is because of you; not because of others or surroundings. Understand this truth. Start creating. Involve in creative work, what ever you feel. Believe in yourself. You have a role in the Cosmos. That is why you are here in this earth plane. Explore your self in total. Meditate. Meditate. Meditate. Slowly you will attain peace and able to handle your self with more purpose. You will understand that you are here not to just eat and sleep. You are here to create. You are That. You are Creator. You are Knowledge. You are Bliss.

Be with the Self


There are various stages of body-mind consciousness. Body-mind consciousness will be with body. Body-mind consciousness will be with mind. Body-mind consciousness will be with intellect or body-mind consciousness will be with Self. Body-mind consciousness is also called physical consciousness. When the physical consciousness is with body, mind or intellect, the physical consciousness will be dualistic, chaotic and limited. When physical consciousness is with Self, it will be non-dualistic, crystal clear and unlimited. One's physical consciousness will be with Self by transcending the body and mind through Meditation. By doing more and more Meditation, one's physical consciousness will be with Self even during normal waking state also. By being with Self, you will be blissful always. You will understand the Unlimitedness. You will become creative.

Science of Consciousness
Science of the 'I', the Consciousness. What we know as 'I' is the body and mind and our perceptions. In total we call it as personality. Personality is what you are- with your definition of your self- good, bad, beauty, ugly, happiness, sorrow, ego etc. of our self and our preconceived ideas of others. We believe that I am 'good' at some thing, 'bad' at some other thing; a person is 'good' and other person is 'bad'; one thing gives me 'happiness', other thing gives 'sorrow'...so on so forth... We not only believe, but we want the next person to believe and we live with body-mind perceptions only. Whenever some lacuna forms in our understandings, we cannot accept and we do not know what to do and what not to do. We may suffer because of this. We start blaming the situations for this; some times we blame our own Karma or we may look at abstract God'. Whenever situations match with our understandings, situations are under our control. We feel 'happiness' at the moment. So, we move from happiness to sorrow, sorrow to happiness....so on... Can we understand beyond these small understandings? Can we understand all situations? Can we transcend the dualities? The answer is emphatic YES. For this one has to understand himself beyond body-mind consciousness and live with that Knowledge. Here is the Science of 'I': 'I' is Consciousness. Consciousness is our original source, the base, the true 'I'. Consciousness is with body-mind-intellect-Self. Normally Consciousness will be with body-mind. Consciousness's original state is with the Self.

Thoughts in Meditation
Meditation is the journey form thoughtful state to thoughtless state. Meditation is the journey from body-mind state to Self. When we are passing through Mind zone, thoughts do come. Thoughts may be known, unknown, related to our life or unrelated to us. All kinds of thoughts do come when we pass through Mind zone. Some times it is so irritating that we tend to come out of Meditation abruptly. Thoughts do disturb us when we are in the mind zone.

But it is the process in Meditation. From here we have to transcend to reach Meditative state. The way to cross the mind zone and to reach Self is what we call Meditation Technique. Here is the Technique to transcend the Thought zone: Sit comfortably with clasping your fingers and with crossed legs, Close your eyes gently. Take few deep breaths. Special Instructions: Normally you will experience No Thought state within few minutes in the first session. It will be felt normally after few sessions. Meditate for 45 minutes in one sitting. In these 45 minutes, almost 20 minutes will be spent in Thought Zone. We will have pure Meditative state for few minutes in intervals. Doing more and more Meditation, we will have very less thoughts and we will really experience the bliss in Meditation. Science: Thoughts are of Mind Zone. To transcend the thoughts, we have to do beyond mind work that is we have to do the Self work. Concentration is Mind work; Observation, witnessing with out analysis is Self work. When we are with Self work, being a witness, we can easily transcend Mind. Stop all activity of Mind and start Self activity. You will attain Meditative state.

Life is Blissful
Life is to experience in total. One can live with greater understanding. One has to know: Why the situations are not happening for him like the way he wants? What one has to do now at this situation? He should try to understand the situation in total. He can not change the situation. So he should not try to change the situation. He applies so many methods to alter the situations, but fails in vain. Some times he feels the things are altering, but in the process he suffers, suffers and suffers. One has to just experience the situation with understanding alone. He has to do what he can do at the situation to experience. He should understand to live the situation by just being with it. He should never blame the other person like spouse, parents, friends, fellow beings or situations for his suffering. It is because no body is the cause for his suffering except his ignorance. His suffering is his own creation with wrong understandings. Once he understands to live by just being with it, he experiences the situations with no strings attached. He just experiences. He will be blissful at the situation. Then the situation dissolves and he moves to next experience with bliss. He also experiences the next situation with bliss. Situations will continue, experiences will continue, but without suffering, without inconveniences. Life will be blissful. It is the way to live.

Pyramid Meditation
Meditation inside the Pyramid is the most effective. Pyramid is the most stable structure in this planet Earth. Pyramid receives highest Cosmic Energy. Pyramid forms with an angle 52 degrees 52 minutes. Pyramid can be constructed with any material/materials. Material make no difference to the Power of Energy Pyramid receives. Pyramid has to be aligned to exact cardinal directions- north, south, east and west. Energy accumulates at 1/3rd height from the base of the Pyramid. This place is known as 'King's Chamber'. Etheric Patches in Energy Body


Etheric Patches are the areas in our Energy body wherein the group of nadis will be with very low energy and the nadis will be depleted with lack of energy. We are Prana, the Consciousness. Prana has created a structure in the form of Nadi Mandala, a group of Nadis. Nadis are Energy tubes. All the energy tubes are formed as Energy Body. All the tubes run from our head region called Bramha Randra. The Energy Body is the base for our structure. It is the base for our physical body and mind. The root cause for all our disease are the lack of Energy in our Energy tubes, Nadis in our Energy body. When you have abundant energy all the Nadis will be highly energetic and Energy body will be with abundant Energy. Thereby our physical body will be healthy. With this we will be happy and blissful. We receive Energy to our Energy body in deep silence, sleep and in Meditation.

Guru
Guru is knowledge. Guru is Consciousness. Guru is not a physical personality. Knowledge may be a person, a Book or a feel. Knowledge is the way to Understand and Become That. When we understand the Knowledge it is called Wisdom. But each one us have to travel all alone to Understand and Become That. Our destiny is to gain more Energy and Wisdom and to expand our Consciousness and to Create. Your breath is your Guru. Your breath is your Master.
