Innovative Infratech was envisioned in 2009 by Mr. Debatosh Roy a veteran in the Bitumen Business since 2000. Initated in the business as the head of Bitumen Division in Bharat Shell Limited and then as the first founder and country manager of Shell Bitumen India Private Limited. Under him the Shell established a national bitumen business and commissioned the first Modified Bitumen plant in West Bengal. He further went to commission a 15mt/hr green-field Bitumen Emulsion Plant in Rangia , Assam and was the Head of Technical and special projects in Ooms Polymer Modified Bitumen Pvt Ltd (OPMB ). Under him OPMB successfully implemented the grid-seal project for Delhi Intenational airport and supplied 13000 mts of PMB. With a mission to promote high performance environment friendly construction products and techniques in the roads sector in India , Innovative infrastructure was incorporated as a one-stop-shop for all bituminous solutions developed indigenously to world class standards.
