Weakness after fever or After any serious illness Home Remedies: Make kanji of sago (sabudana) & drink

& drink with milk. Drink beetroot juice or French beans+ carrot juice. For revival of the body after major operation, eat mixture of guava pulp, honey & ghee. After operation, eat only coconut crme (malai) for few days. Daily take simple enema to keep intestine clear & feet. Drink only boiled water. Take due rest & sleep. At initial stage intake more of fresh vegetable & salad. Intake 2-2 pills of agnitundivati after diet. Have 2-2 pills of navjivan vati or Makardvaj vati twice a day. Intake ashwagandha risht or dashmula risht after diet. Note:- Weak people should not do fasting. Home Remedies: Drink carrot juice or eat gulkand or sprinkle sugar over ripe guava pieces & eat twice a day. Eat biscuit, bread or chappati or any sweet made from buck wheat (raajgaro) flour, drink milk over it. Mix 1 sp. Honey in 1 glass of milk & drink. Eat more of raw mango (grafted one), custard apple, drink milk. Mix 1 sp. dry ginger, 1cup water, 1 cup milk, boil them till just 1 cup of mixture remains & drink. Mix honey in cinnamon & lick. Eat overnight soaked dates, almond, fig every morning. Eat 3-4 bananas after diet. Boil almond, pistachio, cardamom, saffron, sugar in milk & drink. Mix 200gm dry date powder & 25gm dry ginger powder, store it in a bottle & intake 510gm powder of it in sugar added hot milk & drink. Drink sweet limejuice. Mix awla & black sesame powder & lick with ghee/honey. Intake turmeric powder (either via water/milk) gives strength & improves resistance power. Apple & coconut water are strengthening. Green tea improves resistance power. Roast dry ginger powder in ghee, mix jaggery, & intake to increase blood. Boil dry fig in milk & drink. Drink pomegranate juice. Eat handful black sesame seeds every morning to get calcium. Mix banana in milk & drink.

Jaggery, green coconut, groundnut gives protein. Mix groundnut, daliya, roasted white sesame powder, mix jaggery & eat it cures t.b & weakness also. Eat sprouted gram every morning. Mix pinch of cloves, black pepper, opium (khas khas), mace, saffron, nutmeg & musk, mix honey, make pills & intake,drink milk over it. Eat jasmine flowered (karwanda.) Eat 5 shoe flower with jaggery.

Ayurvedic Remedies: Make pills of dry ginger, black pepper, pepper root, leadwort (chitrak), asafoetida, bishops weed (ajmo), cumin seed, black salt, sajikhar, ammonia, lemon & pomegranate juice & eat. Apart from that Rasayan churn, chandraprabhavati, aarogyavardhini vati, suvarnavasantmalti, makardhvajvati etc are also useful medicine. Eat dry ginger+ shilajit powder. Mix 1-2gm of ashva-gandha powder with 10-40m.l. of awla juice & intake for 15 days. Intake senna leaves (sonamukhi) with crystalline sugar to relieve weakness. Shivering & extreme cold: Apply paste of mustard powder & honey on sole of feet. remove after 20 min. Massage body with mace oil or corress tree (kaayfal)+dry ginger powder to warm up the body.

Ayurvedic Remedies: Intake 3gm helle bore (kadu) churn with sugar twice a day or bhoy aamli root powder with milk/water. Intake moon seed (garo) with ghee/honey/milk Intake trifala or himej power every night. Drink punnaravasthi or its decoction. After lunch daily take lohasav or iron flourished item. Vanaspati Remedies: Drink honey & sugar added tulip tree (paraspiplo) juice 1 month. Put 2-3 drops of bitter ribbel luffa (kadva turiya) juice in nose, this cause outcome of yellowish liquid.

To get nutrition Home Remedies: Paste of mint+neem+ black pepper + coriander + ginger +black raisin gives vitamin A, iron & calcium in large quantity. Eat watermelon. Intake diet like milk, ghee, butter, cream, banana etc. Remove skin of sweet potato, cut into pieces, get it dry in sunlight, grind it, add this to wheat flour & eat chapatti made from it or cook it & eat as a vegetable. Boil basil leaves & jaggery in water, add milk & drink. (black raisin/dry fig can be used instead of jaggery). Boil saffron, cardamom, pistachio & almond in milk & drink. Make kheer of pistachio, almond, chirongia sapida (charoli), poppy seeds (khaskhas), add ghee to it & intake.

Ayurvedic Remedies: Intake mixture of garo, gokhru, awla (i.e. Trifala churn) with ghee/sugar. Intake mixed churn of awla seed & ashwagandha with ghee & honey. Intake mixture of ashvagandha, liquorice roof (jethimadh), shankhawali, brahmi & shatavari taken in equal proportion, twice a day. Boil ashvagandha & chirongia sapida (charoli) powder in milk & water (both equal quantity), add sugar & drink. Lick 5gm asparagus (shatavari) churn with ghee & sugar. Intake arjun skin powder with milk. Vanaspati Remedies: Drink Lucerne (rajko) juice daily at empty stomach. Eat eatables made from black gram (udad dal) at every 2-2 days & do exercise regularly. Unconsciousness Home Remedies: Drink awla juice with ghee. Give vegetable made of boiled amaranath (tandaljo) leaves to patient. Mix camphor, asafoetida, honey & ginger juice, make pills & intake it. Mix turmeric & sugar & drink. Press lower-middle part of nose. Blow black pepper powder in nose, that cause sneeze & cure unconscious.

If body gets cold or pulse go down due to severe body pain, then boil 100gm water with 5 gram cloves powder & massage sole of feet, palm, chest, head, & neck of the patient with that water.

Ayurvedic Remedies Blow long pepper powder in nose or mix it with honey, add water & feed it to patient. Give ghee added himej decoction. Rub aritha in lemon juice & put its drops in nose. Fatigue Symptoms: More of mental stress than physical stress. Laziness, yawning.Idleness, headache, lack of energy.

Precautions: Take rest before gets completely tired. Rest during work. Take out time for the work you like.

Home Remedies: Drink sugar added milk & nutritious drink. Raisins, dates & almond are useful. Drink lemon juice. Drink mixed juice of rose petals & basil. Drink cow's hot milk or sweet lime juice. Drink 1-cup plain tea, or green tea or cardamom tea. Mix honey in water & drink. Drink water kept in a copper vessel to avoid constipation. Intake honey added papaya pulp daily in morning or intake mixture of mustard powder, ghee & sugar. Add pinch of salt in water & take bath with that. Mix jaggery, cardamom powder in cold water & drink, it gives strength after extreme hard work. Soak spogel seeds (isabgol), cardamom seed & sugar in water, filter & drink. Chew handful of sesame & drink milk or water. Eating coconut gives strength. Taking green grapes or raisin (kishmish) with milk is very useful.

Ayurvedic Remedies: Mix dry ginger, pepper, pepper root, leadwort (chitrak), asafoetida, bishops weed (ajmo), cumin seed, rock salt, sajikhar, ammonia (navsar) in lemon and pomegranate juice. Take drakshadi kashadi with water. For girls and ladies strength medicine:Take lotus nut (kamalkaakdi)seed powder with sugar, milk and cardamom twice a day.

Take cow itch (kaucha) seed powder with honey or ghee. Roast arjun (asodaro) powder in ghee, add milk, sugar & 2-3 cardamom, make thick paste & eat. Mix 1 sp. white musli in milk & drink. Intake ardusi churn with 1 sp. ghee & sugar twice a day.

Vanaspati Remedies: Intake arjun skin. Eat ripe country fig (umbaro). Drink 1 sp. of Aloe Vera juice with equal sugar. Keep madar (aankdo) roots in shadow to get dry, make powder & eat 2-8mg as & when required.
