2012 Quarter 1 (January to March)


Mt Albert
We have had a huge start to 2012 in Q1 with record levels of buyer activity and interest, resulting in
multiple offers and short call auctions leaving many disappointed buyers that have missed out. With
demand exceeding supply we have a shortage of properties available and our stock levels are at a record
low.
We have listed 35 auctions with 34% selling prior, 33% selling under the hammer, 21% selling after
auction, 12% still available and 0% withdrawn. We have also listed 38 exclusives, selling 31 with an
82% success rate. Our market share during this period was 40%, as demonstrated in sales evidence
below.
