EAST BOSTON SAVINGS BANK, PEABODY, MA [2006 2012] Senior Vice President Department Head for Risk Management, Compliance, Security (Physical & Fraud Prevention) and Information Security Decision maker on risk management issues that directly impact the strategic direction of the Bank. Implemented Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program and developed a senior level risk dashboard for monitoring risks across the enterprise. Advised senior management, Board of Directors & Audit Committee on anticipated risks and reviewed mitigation strategies currently underway.
