PROFILE I have 13 years of experience with P&G. My last role was developing strategy and executional action plans to grow brand and retail shares profitably based on shopper insights through shopper-based marketing. In 2008 P&G identified me as a high potential candidate, due to being consistently rated above my peers, and trained me, with 40 other global top performers at their Beckitt-Ridge Global Innovation Centre, on Shopper Based Retail Commercial design and Business Strategy. I used this training to develop the first P&G South African multi-brand commercial innovation. I have always grown the businesses I touched, doubling some, always growing my business ahead of my peers, and exceeding volume and sales targets. I am a seasoned marketing and sales professional with a passion for brand management and multi-functional team leadership.
