Working copy stored in Flash Memory Backup copy stored on Proficy ME PC and on disks PC backup and Flash Memory copies are identical if LOGIC EQUAL is displayed with the Proficy ME programmer software.

Verify that Proficy ME PC copy is identical to other backups
if so, the Flash Memory is corrupted
load PLC from Proficy ME PC burn new copy to Flash Memory

if not, load a good copy of the software to the Proficy ME PC to get a LOGIC EQUAL
