Typical Pay Composition at Siemens: Fixed pay Your fixed salary is based on the technical and personal demands placed on your position and on your individual input. This part of your salary does not vary.

Performance-related pay This is a reward for the achievement of agreed targets and is formulated at a company, business unit, project or individual level. For senior management positions, performance-related annual benefit components are complemented by additional incentives for the achievement of long-term targets.
