BROWN UNIVERSITY SPRING 2012 CLASS LIST Students who visit Brown during the SPRING 2012 semester

are free to sit in on any of the courses below. The Admission Office does not want to inconvenience the Brown faculty who kindly allow guests the privilege of observing their classes. Thus, we ask that you follow a few guidelines when you sit in on a course: 1. Please arrive a few minutes early to the course and let the faculty member know that you will be sitting in and observing (unless the class is a large lecture, such as ECON0110, in which case, introducing yourself is not necessary). 2. Please stay for the whole duration of the course (unless there is a break, in which case you may leave during the break). 3. Please do not participate in the class unless you are explicitly offered permission to do so by the instructor.

Also, it is best to email the department and/or the professor prior to your planned visit. In some cases, such as exam dates, high school students would not be permitted to observe the class. We will continue to update this list as more professors agree to participate. Please check back for future updates.
