ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE:
Step 1Check all the contents are available in accordance with the above list. Step 2Install the rack roof in the first (Do not fully tighten hardware at this time). 1)Refer to the pic1 to install the rubber to the side tubes. 2)Refer to the pic2 to install the side tubes and the rear center tube(pic3).

4) Refer to the pic5 to install the six rubber mats . PIC5

Step 3 Install the rack roof to the vehicle in the end. 1)Refer to the pic6 to remove the factory 6-cover in the vehicle top. 2)Refer to the pic7 to remove the factory parts. PIC6 PIC7 Remove the factory parts

3)Install the cylinder to the vehicle top as the pic8. PIC8

Remove the factory parts,

4)Lay rack roof on the vehicle top. 5)Alignment of the rack roof, install the rack roof to the vehicle top as the pic9 shown using hardware (NoteFully tighten the bolts to the vehicle in the first, fully tighten the bolts to the rack roof in the end). PIC9

Step 4Verify that all the hardware was installed and tighten all hardware. Step 5Installation done. Note: Regular maintenance is recommended to preserve the integrity of the finish. Touch up and scratches to the paint otherwise it could lead to rust developing under the powder coat. If you live in a high salt region, either near the ocean or road salt proper maintenance is even more important. Rust is not considered a manufacturer defect.
