The Rosh Ye T eshiva felt th one of his biggest me hat s erits was to r raise money to support h his Talmidim and his Ra m abbeim. Although Rav Finkel was very sic and in a lo of pain, h e did not tak certain pa medicati h ck ot ke ain ions that would make him more comf m fortable. He feared that t medicine would affe his ability to the ect y learn and understand Torah. He loved Torah that he did want to m out on any bit of d d h dnt miss understa or knowl and ledge. Rav Fink would tea Torah in the Beis Me kel ach edrash in the Mirrer. Wh speaking he had to hold e hile g, on tightly to two shte y ender becaus he would otherwise h se have fallen d down. Somet times, he couldnt even control his tongue enough to speak. But, h continued to try when e l s he d never he cou uld. Once, he was learnin with a stu e ng udent and he shook so m e much that he fell onto the floor.
