Remarks ** The total amount does not include 6% government tax, call charges or additional VAS subscribed by the customers over & above the upfront payment and/ or advanced payment Stamp duty will be charged in the 1st bill. Voice call shall be charged at 30 seconds per block, and SMS shall be charged based on 160 characters per SMS. The Data usage shall only be considered unlimited / based on allocation above when used domestically within Celcoms Network. On roaming the calculation of charges shall be based on roaming pay per use rates as determined by our roaming partners. Please refer to www.celcom.com.my for the data roaming rates. However, for international roaming internet browsing / usage customer must subscribe the International Roaming services and the charges shall be based on the roaming countrys rate and Celcoms prevailing rates Change of Bill Plan (Bill Plan) 1. Any change of Bill Plan shall be subject to Celcom sole discretion to reject and/or accept any request, the customers is allowed to change the Bill Plan from existing postpaid plan to another postpaid plan currently available at Celcom. 2. Change of Bill Plan is offered to the active and existing Celcoms postpaid customers only. 3. Upon Change of Bill Plan, customer shall maintain the existing postpaid mobile number. 4. Change of Bill Plan fee of RM10 is waived upon customer subscribe to iPhone plan 5. Pro-rated Monthly Commitment before and after the Bill Plan will be applicable should the registration is done before the billing cycle. 6. No stamp duty and connection fee shall be imposed for this Bill Plan.

Minimum Subscription Period All lines registered and subscribed under this Program must remained active for a minimum of 24 months from the date of activation (Period). In the event of early termination prior to the Minimum Subscription Period a penalty of RM 500 in lieu of compensation shall be imposed and reflected in the bill of the next billing cycle. In the event of early termination prior to the minimum subscription period, any upfront payment payable under this Program shall be forfeited.

Value Added Services Customer is allowed to subscribe to any other VAS offered by Celcom upon registration and is chargeable as per normal rate. Reconnection Upon reconnection of the Service, customers (previously under this program) will be reconnected into the SAME bill plan and continue to enjoy the tariff rate offered under this plan. RM10 reconnection fee will be imposed. International Roaming Service (IR Service) International Roaming Service (IR Service) for voice plan shall be automatically default enable for all new Corporate Official lines for public listed companies. Customer shall have an option to opt out if they wish to unsubscribe the IR Service. Mobile Number Portability Service Please note that this clause shall only be applicable to the customer who applied for mobile number portability service.

Customer is not required to pay this bill plan upfront payment upon registration. Customer is subject to all mobile number portability service terms & conditions as stated in www.celcom.com.my

Other terms and conditions All offers under this Program are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash. The prices and tariff rates offered under this Program shall be valid and applicable only during the Minimum Subscription Period. Celcom reserves the right to withdraw and terminate this Program without any prior notice to the Customer.
