PREFACE

Classroom teaching helps the student by making conceptual base clear, but on the job training is the practical way, which helps the students to get the practical knowledge of the concept. Normally the students are not aware of actual requirement in the practical field keeping in view this fact, a system of summer training is has been established to make the students aware of actually difficulties that come in the way of practical field, which is not taught in classroom teaching so, the students are given practical training in the course of their education. Summer training at Sanga Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., has given me a great experience. I was required to prepare a training report on the topic EFFECTIVENESS OF WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT on SAPL. The manager of Finance & Accounts department as well as other concerned departments helped me a lot to prepare this report. I have tried my best to prepare this report during the very short training period of 6 weeks.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
A mind troubled by doubt Cannot focus on the course to victory
If any of us honestly reflects on who we are, how we got here, what we think we might do well, and so forth, we discover a debt to others that spans written history. I as a student of YAGYAVALKYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY would like to take this opportunity to thank all who have made this project a tremendous learning experience for me. Most importantly, my Project Guide, Mr. G.S. Meena (Manager Accounts & Finance), provided me with deep insight into the various products, which enhanced our learning. His patience and composure in times of our underperformance is highly appreciated. He epitomizes the Managers we aspire to be. Further I express thankfulness with great sense of gratitude towards Mr. Shiv Kumar Singh (Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance) who guided me a lot despite his busy schedule. Mrs. Poonam Kumawat, Training Manager was quite a support in all the spheres of work. She made my work easier at all times by providing me with all that I needed as and when I needed it. I express my deepest gratitude to her. Last but not least, I want to express my deep gratitude towards each and every member SAPL for their active support. On the home front, Ms. Monika Shekhawat, our teacher has always been an inspirational figure. He provided me with different insights to approach people for a better performance. The targets that he sets for us to achieve are way high in the sky. Without his direction and support, this project would not have been possible.
