IIST, being Asias first space university, is a premier institute under the Dept. of Space, Govt. of India and the Indian Space research Organization (ISRO). With former President Bharat Ratna Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam as its chancellor, it has grown to cater to the specific needs of the Indian space industry. And all the talent pool of this premier institute combines to give you the cultural extravaganza Dhanak-2011. Dhanak, in its first year as a national level fest, generated tremendous response with over 5000 registrations from all over the country. Over 100 colleges participated and turned Dhanak into one of the major cultural festivals in South India. This year we wish to take Dhanak to new heights. Hence, we request you to support our efforts by Sponsoring our festival and thereby promoting the young pool of talent that will gather at Dhanak. Our Deliverances
Coverage and publicity of your brand/company through various media partners. Publicity through various publicity materials sent to 800+ colleges with student database of 5000+ students each all over India. Coverage of your brand/company over various activities and subsidiaries of DHANAK 2011 by conducting various art fests in school and setup of publicity desks in various colleges to cover 50000+ students all over Trivandram. Dhanak being a non-profit organisation, all profits will be donated to charity. And as our sponsor you will have a contribution to it. Various activities will be conducted in orphanages and schools for the underprivileged children. Over four days of activities, we target an audience of 12000 students from all over the nation that in itself is a huge publicity ground/opportunity. You can setup kiosk (other than event sponsors) in the campus during the fest to publicize/promote your brand/ company/ products on a large scale. There will be various tie ups with different NGOs to have socially relevant activities like blood donation camps etc. Any special request of your company/brand can also be addressed. Your Expected Deliverances

Event Sponsor would be the most suitable road to take for you company/brand. An event list is also attached in the proposal. Publicity of our fest in all forms of publicity material wherever applicable. The amount for each sponsorship avenue is given below category wise. This can be provided in cash and a part in kind to be given away as prizes to winners of different events or can be used in other ways as suitable. (Your Products can be given away as prizes in the event you choose to sponsor with some amount of cash) Any other assistance that you feel you can provide can also be addressed.
