A follow-up based society is pyramidal where there is no one relevant in order to inspect authority, surely not the slave at the base. The slave at the base follows authority because its easier, he wants to become one and hes been told so. SHOO SHOO SOCIETY The ones that would check authority are luckily outside the pyramid, whether by their own lucky choice or general demand. Therefore society remains unchecked.
