whenever the indicators exceed certain level every month. This violates the customers

right.
The most basic form of a general (energy consumption indicator) ECI which is the energy meter already installed in most homes exists several drawbacks. For example, users often complain that: We cant be using that muchIts just the two of us in this small house. I just dont know how the bills are so high I think there is something wrong with them.
Solution
The idea to avoid those issues is use device to record data automatically. It is not necessary to visit each house to record data. Also, it is possible to make a device with record data very accuracy. Inspiration from above idea, the goal of this project is to design and implement a system to do those tasks and some extra features.

The main-device can communicate to sub-devices and vice-verse. The main-device can connect and send the data to computer. The sub-devices can display the information for viewing. The sub-devices can record the energy consumption.
Functionality
Energy consumption Feedback System (ECFS) will send necessary data from user to electric provider It can display how much the energy users are using, used in nearby month and the price they have to pay
Economic
The total parts and manufacturing costs should not exceed than 1 million VND per unit.

Maintainability
The system should have a modular design such that failed components can be removed and replaced by a technician in under 30 minutes
Manufacturability
Size: 150mm*100mm*50mm Weight: 300 gram It operates in the temperature range of 0 to 65 Degree Celsius The design will have a reliability in 5 years and will be operational 99% of the time

Turning to the benefits of this device in more details, not only electric workers, users, contractors, electric company but also the environment might get a lot of advantages. Firstly, for electronic workers, coming to each home to collect the electrical indexes is extremely labor extend. This device saves time and effort. As for users, they can observe how much energy they consume by watching directly the screen. By this way, they can control consuming electricity and then this resort makes a great contribution to save money and energy. Also, when this device is mass-produced, contractors can get great benefits economically at the time being and for a long term because after 5 years this devices will be produced again. Executing this plan saves manpower for the electric company because the owner can assign electric workers to do some other works more efficiently. At last, putting this item into practice promotes energy conscious of residents, saves nonrenewable resources such as coal, crude-oil this has positive impact on reducing green house effects, global warming. Obviously, saving energy makes count on the environment.
