(To be used by the MBA students of Presidential Business School) Dear employer We often hear that there is a gap between the knowledge, skills and attitudes taught in the classroom and real working situations of business organizations. In order to find the reality we, the students of Presidential Business Schools, are conducting a research to see what the employers of the country need as MBA skills. We think that this way the MBA program will be made more beneficial and money spent for MBA study will turn into a real investment. We hope that this study will try to help bridge gap between the existing skills being provided by the management schools and the skills needed by the employers in their employees. A preliminary survey has already been done as a pilot study. Based on the findings of pilot study some skills have been identified and listed below for this interview schedule.
