The spreadsheet currently only supports a 4 day template, with each lift performed per day
one lift per day on the "Days worked out" table (Inputs page).
What's New in 1.27:

Instructions:
1 Enter your best, consistent numbers per lift (weight including the bar and repetitions performed

3 Enter your bodyweight on the first day of 5/3/1. This is so you can monitor your strength to weig
