Shadreck M.Mwiinga is a Zambian citizen, hails from Monze District of southern province. Completed form five in 1978 and attended the National Service from 1978-79. acquired teaching certificate, music certificate and a Diploma in Social Work. Served as a teacher for 9 years and joined Zambia Sugar as a social welfare officer, promoted as community development officer, later elevated to the position of administrative officer. Elected councilor in 2006,rose to the position of Mayor 20082010,retired and now joined the business fraternity.
