1.INTRODUCTION

1.1 Argument
Why are we building the station?
In case of a disaster on Earth, people can survive on the scape settlement. This station is the purpose of developing and keeping life outside our planet Development of science. From the station it can be seen the space and can develop the knowledge of the reaction

material in 0 G. Development of Earth. From the station we can transmit solar energy water by laser or microwave Earth to reduce pollution planet New ways of entertainment in 0 G that people can test. For example: volleyball and football in 0 Gand another attraction will be there and travels through space.

Why Splendet et Ascendit?

Initially, as a spacecraft, we wanted to assign a name related to the sun, planets, stars, or whatever has this great universe and full of mystery has to offer. but looking over some material about the life and work of Charles Le Bruno we found the inspiring work called Ascendet et Splendid and we switched the name because we liked how it sounded Splendet et ascendit. The name of the ship Splendet et ascendit is the name of a painted medallion by Charles Le Bruno (1619-1690) in the 16th century for Ludovic the 14th. In this medallion we can see an object like a bullet, that is a rocket, which rises in the infinite sky, leaving a trail of light, and above the rocket, that rises, it is written Splendet et ascendit. Splendet et ascendit comes from Latin and translated means''shine and rises. Ascension and shining is what we want to happen, in time, with our space settlment,

meaning from the moment we rise it, over the years, will shine more and more. Shining means that people will find a new place, beside cities of the Earth, where they can live in peace and quiet. Equally Splendet et ascendit because of the functionality we can create decent living conditions for any human who wants to leave Earth behind, in terms of distance and capability. In conclusion, for us, Splendit et ascendt means experience, shine, hard working and a better and beautiful experience.

1.3

Executive summary

Strengths of the station

A first key point of our station is the scientific development. Because laboratories and the industry "Splendet et ascendit" will be an attraction for researchers who believe that science has no limits. The fact that we build laboratories in space 0g is a huge advantage to us because it provides that the station can discover new reactions in this gravity field or nanothenologiei development. Another strength point is simply maintaining the existing station and a controlled environment and life on it. Transport development in space that leads to knowledge and its exploitation. Transportation may be related to the visitors and then the tour, which will be unusual and meet us unique will be the key of facilitation station.

2.LOCATION

2.1 Location of space settelment Space sattelment location- Lagrange points

We discussed several possibilities to position the station because the position where it should be should provide: Stability (we dont want to lose the space settlement in space and to deviate from its orbit), a large amount of sunlight for the development and operation of the station and sent to Earth, solar energy and certainly not to be away from sources of raw material ( Moon, Earth and other planets ). We could not place the space settlement in any of the points L1, L2 and L3 because they are unstable and it will power the station in orbit and that is far from Earth and Sun. The consequence is that there are valid only the points L4 and L5.

We preferred to position the station in the point L5 because meets all the features. Our orbital station is subjected to centrifugal forces outward that balances the gravity attraction center of pressure.

2.2 Location of lunar station

Station on the Moon
A basis shall be constructed on the lightened surface of the Moon, of which scope shall be the providing of the ice and some certain metals which are included in the composition of the Moon. It has been decided the utilization of such spherical forms in order to avoid the secondary effects of the pressure applied on the plane surfaces. In order to provide the energy necessary in the technological process we shall locate a field of photo voltaic solar panels to be able to make use from what the environment offers to us without using the Terra energy.

2.3 Location of space solar power sate

Near the station at a distance of 20 miles of it. Will be required to provide a source of energy in plus. This energy will be transmited to the station by microwave radiation.

4. CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCES

4.1 Preliminary stages

4.2 Stages of construction

The space station shall be constructed from the middle axis towards the exterior.

The first step will consist in the construction of the axis, starting with the middle, continuing alongside the end. At both ends of the axis, spaceports will be mounted, underneath the spaceports, the robots will mount a set of concave mirrors which will reflect the light towards the two tori. At 1/3 of the distance, the support beams will intersect the main trunk.

During the second stage, the support beams will be mounted upon the main axis, in order to sustain the future tori. At half the distance to the end, the first torus (agricultural torus), wil begin it`s construction stage.

The third construction stage will consist in the completion of support beams, and the beginning of the second torus (the residential torus). Within this stage, the agricultural torus will be finished on the exterior, the interior remaining unfinished.

In the fourth stage, work will continue on the main torus, the interior of the secondary torus being finished. In the same time, the main trunk will become operational, therefore research and production may begin inside it.

The fifth stage will be represented by the completion of the exterior of the main torus, solar panels, laser canon, and propulsion rockets being mounted on it`s surface.

The sixth and final stage will consist in the finishing of the tori, the pressurization of them, and the building of the internal and external frames, on which in the first case will be used as equilibration measure. In the second case, the frame will be used as railing for the cleaner droids to access the solar panels.

4.3 Earth resources

Our planet has many natural resources that would be very useful for our station, but the transport of materials from the Earth station is a waste of energy and money. More advantageous is transpotul resources and regolith on the Moon for metals but also the asteroid belt can buy raw materials.

5. ARTIFICIAL GRAVITY

5.1 & 5.2 Gravity generetion and distribution

We consider a body of mass m located on the first floor level away from the axis of

rotation of the station. As the body moves uniformly round the axis, that means that compared to non-inertial reference system about the axis, the resultant forces acting on it is zero: Fcf + N = 0 Fcf = N = mg ap (1) Where the gap is apparent gravitational acceleration on the body found on the floor. Knowing that module centrifugal force is given by: 4 2 Fcf = ma cf = m 2 R f = m 2 R1 (2) T and considering the equation (1) we obtain: 4 2 a cf = g ap = 2 R1 = 2 R1 (3) T Considering that the first level, the apparent gravitational acceleration is equal numerically to the Earth's surface gravitational acceleration g = 0=. m 2 we will g 9 / 8 s a p obtain from the equation (3) the period of rotation around its axis station: R1 4 2 4 2 2 T = R1 = R1 T = 2 (4) a cf g0 g0

Assuming that R1 = 1220 m we calculat from (4) numerical value: T = 70.1 s (5) Corresponding to a rotation frequency: 1 = = 0.014 rps = 0.855 rpm T Angular velocity of points on the zero level will be : 2 = = 0.089 rad / s T

6. PROTECTION OF THE SETTLEMENT

6.1

External protection

The protection of the orbital station, against radiation, is one of the most important scope, in order to not damage the station as well as the residents in the adjoining places. Thus we shall use protector layers adequate to each type of radiation. The radiations are very noxious for the people, especially in the space. UVB type of radiations lead to solar burns and those of UVA type, affect the skin and give rise to a premature ageing. In this way the immune system may be destroyed. X and Gamma beams are the most dangerous for the human body because these may damage the human cells due to their high level of energy and finally lead to cancer. However the humans need a solar exposure of 3.00 SV in order to assimilate vitamin D in the organism. A layer of titanium alloy and one of 50 cm of regolite shall be used in order to protect the agricultural and industrial fields. X Radiations These are electromagnetic and ionizer radiations which are easily penetrating the human body and other materials. Such types of radiations have a short wavelength. Compared with light such radiations are invisible and they are not affecting the human eye. They cannot be deviated by the magnetic and electrical fields. In order to protect the station against these noxious radiations, we shall use a treated glass for the increasing of protection capacity. Gamma Radiations Similarly to x radiations, the gamma radiations are very dangerous because they are electromagnetic waves with very large dimensions, respectively high frequency photons. These radiations have got a very high penetration capacity and are very dangerous for human health. In order to avoid the Gamma beams there are available many materials such: steel, lead or concrete, but as it is with the x radiations, the better protection solution against these radiations is the glass treated for increasing of protection capacity. Alfa radiations These are formed from particle with positive loads and have got smaller penetration strength. Alfa particles are only some helium cores. Due to their insignificant penetration capacity, these may be easily avoided with a paper sheet.

Beta Radiations There are two types of Beta radiations: + radiations (positron emission) and radiations (electron emission). They have got a high energy but such type of radiations may be easily avoided with a thin aluminum sheet. Among the three types of radiations (,, ), Beta radiations have a medium penetration strength. Mutation may be easily produced as a result of crash of DNA molecule. The water is a proper protective shield, especially against X and Gamma beams. The radiations are absorbed by the water and the water has only to get a little bit warmer and to absorb the energy. We may use thin sheets of nano tubes of carbon against the meteors. The carbon nano tubes are remarked due to their physical properties with a significant durability. As well as this property the nano tubes are flexible and may be twisted as they are contracting (shrinking). Moreover the nano tubes may be provided at low costs. A Kevlar sheet of 7 cm will be sufficient because it is very resistant compared to other materials. The Kevlar weight is quite reduced. In case of a fire the Kevlar is very good because it is fireproof and has a small electrical conductivity.

6.2 Internal protection

The station and its population are protected from outside by layers but people must be protected in the inside to. On our station the sectors that are special for people will be monitored 24 hours out of 24. a special system of air monitoring parameters, environmental temperature, air humidity. Air smell One issue is the smell. Being a closed environment we will require a regular air freshener. The ventilation system will handle that. The germs in the air can be a real danger. . Against them we will spray in the air some bacterias that will distroy the germs and there will be no longer some dangers to the residents. Vibrations Vibration can be considered also an issue and also the noise. Station population will be protected from these troubles by sound insulation (for exemple the airgel is a good heat and sound isolator). Environmental changes will be reported through a pager residents. This pager will be connected to all network stations that depend on each individual program. For example it may inform the resident of the space settlement the temperature or the internal environment, and people can be quickly informed about environmental changes or if a problem accures.

7.ELECTRICAL PROTECTION

7.1 SOLAR POWER PANELS

Photovoltaic cells Photovoltaic cells or solar cells are usually made of silicon. Silicon is the most common material, easily available and is a semiconductor (silicon state when exposed to light results in a low intensity electric current). Because cells produce a current of small intensity are organized into modules and modules into panels that can be connected in series and have a higher yield but can be connected in parallel with a lower randamet. If they would use all sunlight maximum thermodynamic efficiency of energy production is equal to 85%. Using only a spectrum of light output will be reduced depending on the wavelength. Depending on state crystal cells can be distinguished: 1.Monocrystals: crystalline silicon cell plates (or plates Wafer) -Are basic material for semiconductor industry -expensive 2.Policristaline: crystal zones with different orientations -More widespread in manufacturing photovoltaic panels - more cheaper 3.Microcritale a thin layer of microcrystalline structure - Is used partly in manufacturing photovoltaic panels -To be effective must have a thickness of 100 nanometers 4.Amorphous : thin layer of silicon crystals without -Can be produced by the condensation of silicon vapor -Have a poor performer and very cheap 5.Dual celles system solar : solar cells stacked layers (poly + cells usually amorphous) -Partially manufactured for use photovoltaic panels -Higher-yield broader spectrum of light -expensive Crystalline solar cells are used long term because they have low losses and a yield of 1217%. Wear cells Causes of "aging" of solar cells can vary from factors internal to exten factors. On Earth can withstand about 20 years and to maintain efficiency. In space time decreases due to external factors: radiation fields or interaction with a micro or macro meteorite. Internal factor is the creation of recombinant cells resulting boron-oxygen complexes.

Photovoltaic panels Photovoltaic panels convert solar energy into electricity. Although prices are high, is worth their use in space due to the lack of atmospheric gases or vegetation that would decrease the efficiency panels as stop light causing the shadow. A number of 11.5473 solar panels will provide energy to power the entire station. They have hexagonal shape with sides of 2 meters. Panels will be composed of photovoltaic cells. The most effective although expensive are dual celles system solar because they have a higher yield on the spectrum of light. Disadvantages of solar panels in space The first disadvantage would be the rate of degradation. On Earth, the rate of degradation is 10%, while in space due to external factors: radiation fields or interacatiunea with a macro-or micro-meteorite meteorite. Or internal factors that are favored: recombination componetna cell panels which will result in new compounds. Advantages of solar panels in space They have a much higher collection rate, intensity of solar energy we are affected by atmospheric gases. Lack of time is another advantage as solar panels on Earth are affected by weather. A rainy sky is cloud cover to block sunlight and making unnecessary panels. The lack of clouds and precipitation is a bonus that she gave us space. The period of exposure to sun is much larger panels can be displayed 24 hours rather than those on Earth 12 hours. Alternating day and night is a disadvantage on Earth but in space no longer exists. Another benefit is that energy produced can be redirected: the station or on the Earth.

7.2 Space solar power satellitle

Sources of energy used per station Hypothesis Energy will be used on the orbiting station and thermal power, the same parameter values as on Earth. The main sources of energy that we use are: The main source of power is represented by panels (modules) PV (PVM). This converts the photons incident on the panels into electricity. In terms of construction, the station will be covered on the outer cylindrical surface with photovoltaic panels; secondary sources (safe) to supply primarily the vital center of the station: to use conventional systems Uninteruptible Power Supply (UPS) using electric batteries for electricity storage, battery charging rectifier. Given the fact that some consumers use AC power inverter is needed to convert existing AC DC. Along with batteries, ultracapacitors will use UPS and power generators driven by two fly-wheels that can store mechanical energy and then to give up power generators for short periods of time (eg during eclipses of the Sun). Electrical System Energy necessary: Space station will have a population of about 20,000 people. To calculate the energy needs of the station will consider a household Earth analog of a city with a population equal to that we add an extra energy needed both industry and agriculture. We consider that the appearance on Earth and use energy from fossil fuels, nuclear fuels, hydro, wind Another consideration is the energy consumption of the shield electromagnetic radiation protection and safety all laser guns. Transportation within the OS will be electric, magnetic (Maglev) and mechanical (bicycles). Residential lighting, common areas, the industrial and agricultural area will be both artificial (source LED - Light Emitting Diode) and natural light from the Sun will be directly reflected by a mirror, that collected through quartz windows positioned on the central cylinder (for keeping UV spectrum of ultraviolet radiation) and transmitted through optical fibers to the area. In agricultural areas for crop production we will use artificial red and green light on Comorosan effect. Energy production: A. Domestic production will be achieved through photovoltaic modules (PVM) to be located all over the outer cylindrical space station above the shield electromagnetic (EMS). MVP will provide electricity in direct current (DC) at a voltage 24 and 48V. This energy will be used either as such by some consumers, or be converted into alternating current (AC) through inverters to a low voltage (LV) voltages of 110V at a frequency of 60Hz (U.S. Standard). Values chosen for produce DC voltage (DC) 24V and 48V have the advantage that poses no major risk for the accidental energized conductors. Given that PVM call placed outside the station where the temperature is very low.

The energy produced by photovoltaic panels: Considering that the intensity of incident solar radiation on photovoltaic panels MVP is E, return of sunlight to electrical energy conversion , the total area occupied by the solar panel side S, the percentage of effective use of solar surface u, and noting with Sn at normal incidence area rays of light, show that electrical power supplied by solar panoramic station located PVM can be calculated with relation: S=2RH Sn=2RH P= uESn=2uERH

Normal surface

Light from Sun

External surface of Space settlement Light from Sun 2R

Taking into account that H = 480 m, R = 1250 m, = 0.32, u = 0.93, E = 1.380 W/m2 surface normal results in the light incident on the surface side of the station and the average electrical power supplied by solar panels on the station are : Sn=2RH=1,200,000 m2 P=492.8W

Internal production Using solar panels hexagon side rule l = 2 m, and surface SPVM = 6 a.During longer eclipses, reduceing the UPS batteries and ultracapacitors nano is useful to use specialized satellites with photovoltaic modules (solar panel fields) and the band microwave antennas to transmit electricity on space station . b.A particular component of the space station industry production systems of photovoltaic converters, antennas and their installation in the range microwave station near the backup version. The energy production system, transport, distribution and use of electricity will ensure priority in supply systems necessary to ensure / maintain life (life support) on the OS. Systems involved in maintaining the conditions necessary for life are active magnetic shield for protection against high energy radiation that will be deflected and residential systems. These systems supply electricity priority will be equipped with power reserve (back-up), for residential consumers, or will be supplied directly from production systems (photovoltaic modules) 1. Number of residential modules will be 9.800, which is installed in a residential area: P = 3.5 x 9800 =34,300 kW 2. Lighting Lighting is a mix lighting created by using natural sunlight combined with artificial sources. Sunlight will be captured through collectors (LENS) placed at the PV modules (PVM) and the central cylinder and then passed through optical fibers and waveguides where the special distribution will be processed and then sent all through optical fibers and waveguides to places of use. Collectors will be distributed on the outer surface of the upper ring above the magnetic shield (EMS) and PV modules to be illuminated continuously alternation day / night will be scheduled by blocking the distribution of light through optical fibers.

8. HUMAN FACTORS

8.1 Population
The station should provide a pleasant and similar environment as the Earth for 15,000 people and will be composed of men and unmarried women, married persons with children and without children. Of this number a percentage of 30% will be the married people, 37% of the population will be pesoanele unmarried male, a percentage of unmarried women will represent 30% and 3% children. Person stage Married adults Single men Single women Childrens Median age 4500 5550 4500 450 Average age 35 36 35 9 Median age 38 35 40 11

The percentage of visitors will be 3%. Number of tourists (visitors, laboratory, etc.) will be accommodated in the two hotels ("Urban Mix", "Space roots"). Visitors even though they live only time the station is forced to follow diet and time of sport as the rest of the inhabitants. Their work will also be monitored through pagers (each one will be handed to each guest on arrival). Turist The sex is not important Maxim number of turist 450 Age Not important

The stable number of population of the station will be subjected of some tests before selecting persons. . More information about this topic in the chapter medicine.

8.2.1 Atmosphere generation

Oxygen is the gas that supports life of all creature (except for certain bacteria or fungi that can breathe anaerobic). ). Because it is very important to maintain life on the station it will be necessary to create an artificial atmosphere containing oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and hydrogen.

Obtaining oxygen Oxygen is 21% of air and is the essential element for maintaining a living body.

This can be found in the composition of organic substances (fats, alcohols, etc.) or inorganic (water, oxides, etc.). The gas is heavier than the air, is odorless, colorless, tasteless and is slightly soluble in water. . Liquefaction temperature is -183 degrees Celsius is making oxygen is a gas that is difficult to liquefy. Methods of obtaining 1. acidic or alkaline water electrolysis; 2. fractional distillation of liquid air 3. catalytic decomposition of H2O2 4. Thermal decomposition of HgO We can directly produce oxygen but is harder and dangerous. Instead we can produce water and from that water we can get oxygen and hydrogen. From the following reactions there results amounts of water, small or large: FeTiO3+H2Fe+Ti02+H2O MgSiO4+CH4MgO+Si+CO+2H2O CO+3H2CH4+H2O Obtaing oxygen by electrolysis of water is made in the presence of electrolid (H2SO4 or NaOH), because pure water can not conduct electricity. Electrolysis is defined as a process of separation of ions in the presence of power supplies. The second essential gas is the carbon dioxide because is used by plants process of photosynthesis for the oxygen production. Chimc result is a compound of carbon oxidation which makes it easy to obtain. It consists of two oxygen atoms and one carbon. Besides the oxidation of carbon, the gas can be obtained from the respiration of plants, a process that leads to elimination of acetic acid gas from air to keep the stable composition of air and also is a vital in maintaining the biosphere Hydrogen is to balance the atmospheric composition, but it also has other important uses that should not be overlooked: welding, used as a cooling electrical generators, cryogenic (liquid hydrogen), slowing netronilor (isotopes), producing hydrogen bombs. As we said above the simplest method of obtaining hidogenului is breaking the water molecules.

Methods for obtaining hidrogenuilui: C n H m + nH 2 O (n + m )H 2 + nCO 2

CH 4 + H 2 O 3H 2 + CO n m CnHm + O2 nCO H2 + 2 2 C12 H 24 + 6O 2 12CO + 12H 2 C 24 H12 + 12O 2 24CO + 6H 2 2H 2 O 2H 2 + O 2 To save space and be easily accessible to hydrogen and oxygen will be held in the liquid.

8.2.2 &8.2.3 Cooling

Acclimatisation is the process which the air is maintained at a tempereatura average, normal humidity and gas concentration favorable components. Temperature must be not too high or not too low for a normal course of a day. . Will be kept at a constant temperature of the air but also artificially because the temperature is influenced by several external factors of solar radiation heats the Earth and heat emanating from the Earth heats the air (which the station is not possible because solar radiation there would be too strong), heights, winds or the difference between day and night. An effective and easily way could be used or conditioned air vents which also can freshen the air. Temeratura will be between 20-25 degrees warmer because you drowsy settlers and a temeratura lower body will not be harmful kn will be concerned in maintaining a stable and pleasant temperature what long term will lead to exhaustion the psychic and physical. The low temperature would also have clothing disadvantage. Humidity is the amount of water vapor in the air. Umuditatea relative optimum is between 40-60%. A small amount of vapor and dry air is an increase in temperature leading to increased water loss through respiration and perspiration which will lead to dehydration. This factor influences photosynthesis and respiration resulting in wilting plant them. The higher humidity and air temperatures are lower, which has negative effects such as decrease in temperature organisms. The amount of vapor in air can be maintained at all with ventilation systems that can calculate umididatea and spray water vapor when air is too dry or warm air to make it a little wet. Ventilation systems will have anti dust filters (silver filters, because the silver is almost stainless stops impurity).

8.2.4 Water distribution. Usage and recycling

Moon, as the water resource

The most advantageous way of providing water, in significant quantities is the usage of raw material from the space. In this case we chose to use the ice quantity provided from the poles of the Moon. This situation was demonstrated by NASA in 2009 year as a result of mission of LCROSS satellite; observing most carefully the predominant shadow zone Cabeus, located in the adjacency of south pole of the moon, the researches found traces of Hydroxyle the molecule formed from one atom of oxygen and one of hydrogen in lunar soil. So, the predominated shadow zones of the Moon which until the recent years were not accessible for the analysis, may hold not only information about the origin of the Moon, its mineralogy but in the same time this may mean a small gate which may provide us supplementary information about the forming of Universe; the process used for the extraction of ice probes from Terra in order to achieve certain details, may be used also for the Lunar ice. The confirmation of existence of this water came from an emission in the ultraviolet spectrum attributed to the hydroxyle. When they are loaded, the atoms and the molecules they emanates energy at specific lengths, which are later detected by spectrometer. A similar process may be used in the identification of the neon signs; electrified, a specific gas will produce a distinct color

From ice to water

The process through which is drinking water until it becomes long and involves several steps: 1. Decanting or melting: is done on monthly basis, the ice is melted and bottled for being easier to carry from month to stop and therefore consumers 2. Filtering: is accomplished with a micro filter, is made on plant and prevents reaching toxic elements in human body. 3. Ultraviolet irradiation: is a measure of protection that people stop taking, ghetaa water from the moon may contain small particles that had escaped the previous screening and that would develop if the body could cause disease 4 .Analizare: this is the penultimate stage and its water quality and to verify, analyze them it is optimal for consumer spending station. 5. Consumer orientation: is made according to each oranism. Reclycling Water Recycling of wastewater will be recycled in procent 80% .The other 20% waste is compressed and expelled .The water for drinking is the finall product, that 80% water that remain from the reclycle cicle will be filtred and analize.

8.3 Residential design

Apartments delimitation The apartments will have a minimum area of 35m square (for a person apartments) and a maximum area of 50m square (for apartments for two people). To make the delimiting of the apartments we use sound-absorber walls (to stop the noise from the station) and thermo-insulator (to maintain a constant temperature). We choose the partition walls on the structure of polyethylene. This, as a material, is very resistant to high temperatures and is used for vibration damping. It is a good insulator and so we chose to use it. The walls of polyethylene have decided to place a layer of foam or airgel poliuteranica. Polyurethane foam is used to provide a stable temperature inside the house, prevents heat loss. Has the ability to reduce vibratile. We prefer to use airgel because it has certain advantages like : thermal protection, full absorption of infrared radiation and protection against explosions. Has a high resistance, does not degrade easily over time.

8.4 Education
Education Education on the station will be improved. At each end of the station there is a building called "study", a total of four. Buildings will be in the same complex with kindergarten, school, high school and classes of "specialist". Kindergarten will be extended hours for that parents can place their children without care activities and to participate in sports at mandatory. The children program will not be charged because they are too small. Dispite the fact that they are very small, they will learn how to use the computer with which can learn animals or numbers. Children will write and draw by hand. Time sports is compulsory for adults and also for children. They will do an hour of sport in kindergarten, but if parents want to spend this time with children they can get to kindergarten because it will be the last hour. School will provide hours of practice on the computer. Basic materials will include: basic mathematics, English will be the official language, music, drawing and explanatory science that develops on the station. School will not make it on classes, it will make it on children ages. Once advanced from year to year primarily children will learn to use technology, but that is using the computer and write . In the second year field will increase. On completion of four years of school children will go in the third stage called highschool.Time hour will remain all last children can choose if they want to do at school or special center. School will be as compulsory subjects: biology (part of the basic biology that is taught in high schools on Earth and on plant biology developed on the station), geography (space), mathematics, physics, chemistry, English, sports (in school or "Sidus") and computer classes. Those who want to do and the overtime: history (the Earth), geography (the Earth), music, religion, drawing, psychology. Children can choose from optional classes who wish to study. Classes of "special" will focus on defining the specialty that the student chooses. They can choose medicine, research on plant chemistry or physics, participation in groups of "New Renaissance". Studies will include besides theory and practice. All children, from the smallest to the largest will focus on studies that will lead to technology development, for example, the station. Everyone must learn how to use the computer because it will rely more on plant life, on how to use and develop technology. Building "study" will include all categories of years because it is easier to access for people who are in that part of the station, so after four buildings to be built this way. The study is not only children but for adults who wish to improve their knowledge and to

specialize in station areas. Accent to adults, as children will be on technology development needs and biology. Going to school will be required, because all four categories without an adult they can not work on the station. Education system will be held at each school by a DirectorGeneral for each group will have a subordinate (a deputy) who will respond to teachers who teach classes, order and discipline in schools. Each building will have its general manager to no divergence in schools. Deputy Director may expel provisional or so minor punishments for children who have created problems or have not complied with the rules imposed by the school. Director-General shall approve or disapprove decisions deputy director and only he will have power to expel.

8.5 Health system

Medicine
Although medicine will be on a space station and space will be subjected to tests and analysis in the selection of candidates who will make up pupulatia station, it is vital that their health will be maintained during their illness because they can occur that can influence negative population balance. For storage and health insurance will be constructed as a central hospital and 3 offices of first aid cases are not urgent. Cntral Hospital will be equipped with latest technology in the field of medicine ge ensure accuracy. Rooms will include pediatrics, childbirth, surgery (all types), dental and general medical halls that will deal with colds or flu. First aid centers will our Constitution miniature hospitals having their comoneta sections concerning dentistry and primary care. They will be constructed for the cases: simple that can be easily solved such as a fracture or birth occur sooner and also for very serious cases requiring emergency care and hospital center is too far. Purchase drugs from pharmacies will be. Pharmacies will be placed in each first-aid center in the central hospital in the three stores located in every area of the station.

Initial tests:
Potential residents will be subjected to initial tests to detect possible health complications. Will be subjected to rigorous analysis idetifica potential risks. History of physical and mental condition will be studied carefully before selecarea residents. Not only their history will be evaluated but also the family, close relatives because there are hereditary diseases that can jump jump generation genetically transmitted and may occur later. For example, cancer can occur from grandparents to grandchildren barn one generated, so if a case of cancer to detect the close relatives of this person will be explusa recruitment program with

a potential manifestation of cancer and cases such as Alzheimer's and they pose a risk of delayed manifestation. Another risk factor will be detected and diseases that are transmitted through sex or blood. The potential people who may be infected are also excluded. In conclusion, extensive testing will take place in the selection of space station population to pereveni risks of disease or infection.

Analyses:
Each member of the station will be subjected to a thorough test of the body and a series of analyzes to check the immune system. Analyses will consist in blood or urine samples of each lucuitor event to a virus despista future possibilities. A psychological test because people can get depressed not being used acetate veitii new aspect of living resulting in aggressive or infectious for other people. And one last test will be to test physical strength, and maximum effort that can be suppressed. Due to the rapidly evolving future medical science and its methods have advanced medicine and make possible new ways of healing people suffering. Nanotechnology has advanced in the acesteaia mediciini which offers great advantages such as: Replacement of diseased or damaged cells rafacerea transplanutiri blood vessels, tissue, limb reattachment sectinate-accurate diagnosis of internal diseases, penetration and distrugrea a tumor in the internal environment, drug transport to the tissues or organs This technology called bio-nanotechnology can model DNA molecule creend new products can be programmed to perform the function of anti-body in human imunitat system. Another advantage is usorarea brain surgery. Opereatii necestia difficult and that much work and can have disastrous consequences. As the brain is a complex organ fully unknown at present, can be easily injured during an operation because the internal environment of the skull is sophisticated and fragile wear, reaching a nerve may result in an inability to talk or blindness. Nanorobotii can make this operation easier deoarce can be controloti through a telecom polol exect the problem and if a tumor can ditruge use laser or damage can re-unite if tetutul affected. Also another avataj we have in the fight against cancer when the tumor is not highly developed. Using the same procedure will isolate damaged cells and cripples them sick person providing many years of life. If such an outbreak, people will be isolated and treated. Trials will be rushed to persons who have been in contact lately to prevent expansion of the epidemic. The caul of a miserable death, an autopsy will be performed, if the relatives are present on the station will have the right to serve. Because of the limited, will not be able to organize a cemetery, the deceased will be cremated or dissolved in acid. If a boilie which can be treated and can be contagious infected person will be sent to Earth to not affect the remaining inhabitants.

8.6 Culture The special building for the carrying aut of all the cultural activities will have the structure of a mini coliseum. It will have an oval shape with 4 floors and it will be called The New Renaissance. In the center, the place where the arena will be represented, a special stage will be situated for the concert performances or the exhibitions, and in front of the stage the seats for the audience will be placed in tiers. The culture on the space settlement will be represented by the development of the paintings which may contain space images as the painter sees them from the space or a painting of the Earth from the outer space or abstract painting. The paintings will be presented for the first time in an exhibition and after that only the best ones will be displayed. The culture will not only be represented by painting, poets also can have recitals with the poems written by them and the best ones can form a literary cercle. The ones wishing to write prose can present their work within a special meeting with guests or open to the public. The comedy and drama playwrights can stage their plays for the public. Music will also play its part in that cultural center. The interested ones can be trained by the most competent in this field and the ones who are progressing can have concerts which all the other people on the space settlement can take part at. The building will be a replica of the Colosseum Rome but a miniature one. The building will have 4 floors, an oval shape with a central arena which will represent the stage where all the cultural activities will take place. The ground floor will house the reception because the colosseum will operate as a museum as well in some areas. Those who want to take part in the courses come here for rehearsals, training or courses or go to the workshop. The members who are already registered, will go to the reception only to choose the place they will go to. Those who want to register will be allowed to visit all the workshops and at the end they will choose where they want to sign up. Those who are not interested in practising any type of art can, for instance, visit the painting museums. The first floor will contain the painting, sculpture and drawing studios. The best pieces of work made by the artists will be publicly displayed. Except for the classical way of performing these activities, painting and drawing for example, can be made on a didgital board due to technology. These rooms will cover a minimum space, the rest being used by the art museum which will contain paintings or creations on digital boards or their sculptures. These works of art will be sold to the art collectors on the space settlement or the ones on Earth. The ones who wish to study music will have the studios at the second floor. This space is specially designed and equipped for for music. Music can be studied here both using the traditional or original instruments and the so called computer music when the person studying music creates it by means of computer soft programs. Those who wish to show their talents in front of an audience as well will be allowed to perform in concerts and will be on at the radio or television. There will be an area at this floor designed for displaying awards, the best songs as well as the instruments belonging to the most famous singers.

The third floor will be destined for the poets and writers. The poets will have the chance to meet each other and to show their creations. They can form a literary circle. They can organize recitals for the public, they can also compose lirics for the songs composed by certain bands or singers who cannot do that by themselves. Those who want to show their talent in prose writing can also meet each other, read their work or publish it. Those who want to write plays and perform them on stage wil have a floor specially designed for them with medium size rooms for rehearsals. If they wish for their plays to be presented to the public, the performances can be held on the colosseum arena. Music festivals, for example, wil be organized when the best singers will compete, on their own or accompanied by bands. The festivals, theatre plays, recitals or exhibitions will represent a source of income. The project The New Renaissance will try to lead art towards a new level. Art will now be based on technology and will develop itself on the basis of even more technology creating a new form of art, a new renaissance.

8.7 Sport
Will be mandatory for all residents at least an hour a day of sport. Depending on schedule and preferences of each person, it can choose the sport wants to do and enjoy the benefits of gravity 0 on the station that is a correct weight shift but still fun once and changing nature of particular sports. Sport will be a way of maintaining health and a muscular body constant. We will build a special block in the form of a Coliseum for sports activities : <<Ludis>>.In the 0 gravity sports will be held in separate rooms for each activity. The ground floor is divided into three rooms. Reception, where all persons will be recorded : arrival time, chosen sport and time of departure with some cards and people who were present that day will be stored in a computer memory. Thanks to the registration system will be able to keep track of people on the station have not complied with the rules. The second room is where you will rent the equipment necessary to develop each sport. Last room will be represented by the lockers, for storing day clothes or objects that do not need, and showers that can be done before if the person want to swim, and after sports activities. The first floor will be a swimming pool. This will be a springboard for amateur and ground units who do not want to jump from heights. The swimmers who do not know to swim can be helped by a teacher swimming. Small children will be allowed in the first part of the pool where the water will be lower for them. People who want to swim can maintain their body in shape, swimming setting in motion each muscle group . Next floor will be intend for volleyball, handball and basketball. There will be three sites

for each game. Sites will be separated from one another by a plywood, and squares will be marked with lights on the floor, replacing paint. This sector will be through improving by 0 gravity. Depending on the preferences of participants they can play volleyball for example in 0 gravity, which on Earth is currently impossible. Games will be specific station with new rules. For example in the game of handball or basketball there will be foul when it will play in 0 gravity because players will be forced to push each other in order to move towards the goal that basket. Participants can move and pushing into walls, ceiling or floor if they are near their. The third floor will contain ping-pong tables, two tennis and two batminton courts. Tennis court will be marked throughout with light. The game of tennis will be more interesting and harder to parctise when gravity will be 0. The rule that the ball should fall in home and after in the opponent's will not exist this is impossible. In the room where you can play ping-pong there will be four special tables to develop this game. As on the tennis court and in this room can be carried out ping-pong game in 0 gravity like tennis rule which says that the ball must fall first time in its land after the opponent's court will not be be implemented. It can be played when gravity is 0, is more fun for children. Skating ring and room specific equipment will be placed on the fourth floor. Skating ring will be divided into two sections. The first for skating pleasure or those who want to improve there will be able to train with professional coaching. The second section will be a hockey field will also be bounded by light. Fifth floor will be specially for extreme sports enthusiasts. Will be a floor for those who pose a roller skate or bike sites. Sector will have special ramps for conducting each activity. Will be a mini park called "Skates areas" and will be for adults and children. The top floor will be a fitness room with latest equipment. People can maintain as a gym as on Earth, get a personal trainer or group also can fitnnes or yoga because is a relaxing way to maintenance. On the same floor is another room with lockers and showers designed especially for those who use the gym. Instead the scene will be a soccer field for fans of the sport. The land is surrounded by four running lanes and a sandbox. Football can be played and when gravity is 0 which will be very difficult for those who want this sport activity be conducted in this way. Rule foul will be canceled but the rule of hantz will keep making the game more difficult. Once a year we will hold that the called Olympic sports on Earth and called the station "The big challenge". But that will inculde and championship football, volleyball, handball or basketball, tennis or ping-pong or swimming competitions. Those who wishing to make performance of roller skate or bike riding will be able to hold a public contest.

Development of these contests will be with public and can get money influencing the economy. Sport is considered a physical effort made to maintain a healthy body. This effort should not be made necessarily in the center. Hard work may be counted as an equivalent exercise made when performing a sporting activity. For example astrogimnastica is a good way to maintain your healthy body. Due to lack of gravity, heart, muscles and bones weaken. To avoid these consequences astronauts stay fit with a special diet and a regular exercise program. Negative effects of non-compliance program: Failure sport classes or a balanced diet can lead to a weakened physical condition, weight gain and eventually disease.

9.2 AGRICULTURE

9.2.1 Balanaced nutrition

One factor that is vital to maintaining life, besides water, is food. Fore ensure food necessary for their activities daily. A healthy diet that will produce the required amount of

amino acids, lipids, sugars, vitamins, carbohydrates, etc. can not be based solely on a diet of plants because it can not offer the necessary carbohydrates so needed and meat products. As these requirements are met is necessary a branch called agriculture. Agriculture will have 2 divisions: 1. cultivation:-for the textile industry food diet 2.raising animals Manufacture of food crops that will maintain human activity. A list of selected culture: Apple, Banana Squash, blackberries, Blackcurrants, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carotts, Cauliflower, Courgette, Corn, Cucumber, Garlic, Ginger, Grapes, Lemon, Lenses, lettuce, Melon (and Wathermelon), Mint, Mushrooms , Nectarines, Oats, Onions, Orange, Oregano, Peaches, Pear, Pepper, Pinto Beans, Plums, Potato, Pumpkin, Radish, Rapeseed, Raspberries, Rice, Rye, Seaweed, Strawberry, Tomato. This list is large, the plant crops. These crops must be produced and avail the entire season. List and contains enough food to keep a varied and healthy diet. Another source of food are fruit trees that can have an aesthetic role being placed in parks, and their fruits can be harvested (Cherry, Walnut, etc.). Seaweed is a source of even that should not be overlooked. They have great nutritional value, rapid growth, unmetabolism control are easy to grow. A disadvantage is that the fetus did not contain all essential amino acids while carbohydrates and virtually all vitamins. Algae can also help in aesthetics, which are grown in parcurin, in ponds with fish. In diet and nutrition can not miss the meat is coming from animals. It is disadvantageous to grow cows, pigs or lambs on the station because they occupy more space and time of reproduction is long. Instead fish, poultry (chickens) or rabbits are more suitable. Because rapidity of reproduction of these animals and amount of carbohydrate that offers us prefer to grow these types of animals and shrimp because their size. Reziuduri produce fish that are nutrients for algae culture and help dezvoldare also water fish is loaded with enough nitrogen to support other crops will be used in farms hydrophone. Will be fed only natural products, being supported by science. Food in-vitro development is a helpful example. Another example may be substances (as porma dust) that can be sakeuri nutritious milk or formula that will help support a balanced diet. A bonus that is offered agricuturii development needs is getting textiles: hemp, linen or cotton. They can be folostie in developing textile industry in manufacturing garments to have our own production. In conclusion we want to offer people more natural look and aesthetic of the Food of high nutritional value but to be able to easily perform daily activities.

Processing, packaging and the distribution of food

After the food is produced, cultured fish, animals and plants they should be processed, stored, packaged and ditibuite. Fish, eggs and shrimp: Part of the production of aquatic animals will be sent in order to be consumed and stored for proper rest next production. Those who will be sent to fish consumption such scales will be cleaned frozen join other fresh, frozen and can be consumed later. Eggs can also be processed and sent it. Crevitii that they also provide significant amounts of nutrients can be consumed raw (fresh) or after being frozen. Storage will be done in freezers, for alimetele to be frozen or refrigerators for the food (brine, smoked fish, canned fish, etc.) or kept in the refrigerator for a short time to be sent to stores. Eggs can be prelocrate (egg salad) to be kept longer or sent in their natural state to be treated at home after each taste. Shrimp and fish that are kept in freezers and delivered fresh. Packaging will be relatively simple, fish frozen in plastic sheets, preserved, smoked and put in plastic or placed in hermetically sealed boxes as brine. Also the shrimp still frozen in small plactic sacutele will be kept or held in vacuum (to keep better). Chicken can be bought frozen or fresh. One advantage of growing chickens is that they produce and eggs. Some of the eggs will be retained to grow a new genereatie chicken and the other part will be sent to stores to be consumed. Rabbit meat as the hen can be purchased fresh or freezer. For depozitatre will use all freezers and refrigerators. Egg packaging is simple they are put in cofrage and frozen in the hull and the fresh plastic in small plastic bags for proper to be chosen by buyers. Plants are edible, most, delivered naturally in they lose nutritional quantity if canned or frozen. The culture will be preserved or kept frozen cold in refrigerators and freezers. Packaging will be plastic or metal (for canning) or cardboard (for pastratrea cereals). Necomstibile plants (in hemp or cotton) clothing for being processed. In stores, there will be a shoppincenter every sector of the ship which will include all products for saving space.

9.2.2&9.2.3
Culture without soil Although we find something new to all this, we can obtain a culture, this is quite old and these edei have been used before. For example, seventh century existence dates Hanging Garden which we believe often works on the same system. Another example

would be the gravel of the Chinese cultures. Mainframe systems without soil culture can be: 1.Hydroponic farms Culture system that develops outside Solol and plant root supposed to be kept constantly in water. For plants to grow water should contain calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, iron, nitrogen, etc. water for these crops may originating from water in which fish were raised because that water is rich in nitrogen, with its many compounds.Period in which they can develop a culture of plants (particularly cereals) is between 7-10 days, in these last days the plant may have a height between 10-12 cm. To promote plant growth at the root, water is sprayed in the form of bands, in very fine particles. Ideal substrate for this system is the "Rockwool", a mixture of sand and stone dust. This represents a growth medium used especially for hydroponic drip systems. It can be used as primary growth medium (for small plants have a growth peroada sapida) or intermediate medium (used as a source of nutrients for higher plants). The advantages of using this substrate are that holds an incredible amount of water and a percentage between 16-18% of air (not placed directly in water). With advantages and disadvantages it presents such decomposition is hard being harmful environmental. Because it is made of dust, is also harmful to people so they are forced to wear a dust mask to have no problems with the respiratory system. Another disadvantage is the high pH which require a low pH nutritional substances. In this culture system water pH should always check if they will use a substrate such as: Rockwool.

2. Aeroponic farms Aeroponic farms is a nutrient solution tank as a network of boxes containing plants. Plant root is inserted into the plastic pubs that nutrients (nutrient solution) is sprayed. Plant root is inserted into plastic tubes in which nutrients (nutrient solution) is sprayed. At first, the layer uses "Rockwool" to have a growing base. It, as if holding above, must be monitored constantly and the `pH and concentration of nutrients. How to distribute the substance: daytime of 2 in 2 it is supplying the plants for 15 minutes. At night the same

procedure during the same irrigation but three in 3 hours. Changing to a plant nutrient solution depends on its stage. For example if the plant is blooming, the solution change every 10 days. Tanks of fish Fish will be bred in aquariums containing algal cultures used for food. Residues obtained from fish act as nutrients for. Water was used in fish culture is very rich in nitrogen that can be used in plant growth and need them this compound. In these tanks will increase fish that have a short reproductive period and dense such as carp, crucian or shrimp. All these species have a dual role, in the water where they live out that for them is toxic nitrogen, but plants are beneficial, and after passing the period of breeding and eggs were deposited, some fish and eggs will be released for consumption while the rest will be preserved for the next production . Artificial Light Like people, light influences plants. Crop plants can not perform photosynthesis and can not grow unless they have a light kn chlorophyll pigments are activated by waves of light and photosynthesis takes place which converts crude sap sap that nourishes and develops product developed plants. Natural light radiation contains red, blue, green, orange, yellow. All these rays are necessary to enable the plant pigments. Since we can not benefit from natural light smile because it contained too many harmful radiation that no man can withstand, would destroy the plants. Artificial light will be used in hydroponic or aeroponic farms. The most useful radiation plants are green red and blue. Red radiation is emitted by incandescent bulbs in a higher. The disadvantage of these lamps cantiatea eate high heat and radiation that do not emit enough blue. Artificial light to ensure proper development of plants, should be to balance the amount of radiation emitted by tubes and bulbs, forming a system. Another alternative is the special tubes for growing, although more expensive, they have blue radiation and radiation balance of red already established what would work easier and would reach the same price. Cooling farm Plant photosynthesis besides light is influenced by other external factors such as temperature and cantiatea oxygen and carbon dioxide. Temperature is maintained between 22-25 degrees Celsius, a temperature higher plants would wilt. Humidity will be worth 50% and will be examined by using a ventilation system that will calculate atmospheric moisture and water will vaporize when needed or would warm the air if it is too wet. The amount of oxygen and cabon dioxide will be monitored with the help of a fan system that will must to maintain constant concentration of 2 gas. Purchase of nitrogen it will not be a problem in obtaining water fish.

9.3 Scientific research

Nanotechnology
Nanotechnology even reach the atomic scale with specific properties. Applications practice: 1. In medicine are scheduled to replace diseased cells or blood vessels to restore the affected tissue to replace or reattach severed limbs. Nanorobots can be controlled by Telecom to diagnose diseases. They can penetrate certain tumors can be destructive (cancer in the future will not be a problem that reduced finnd laser). 2. In industry: nanorobots are able to recover the vehicle superficial scratches. Can be used in lining castumelor because they may reduce the explosion. 3. In technology they can be used to create a reconfigurable hardware, they are able to recover damages suffered circuits without affecting them and on the other. Nanorobots can be reprogrammed with a fixed function.

9.4 Tourism

Experience in space can not be made every day. Something unique. What is more interesting? A sea or a holiday trip to outer space? Although this trip is very expensive but people would pay this price for a unique experience that you do not ever part. Sure to attract more visitors our station has many interesting activities such sons appropriate equipment that we can let people into space, those who want to experience something more extreme can experience sky diving in 0G. For those who are interested in extreme sports we thought to offer classic fun as is being football, tennis, volleyball or even a swimming pool where you can relax after all sorts of activities. Also people can visit the rooms in which robots are assembled or repaired. Our visitors enjoy our two hotels that fit a total of 450 visitors. They will provide all facility like a hotel has to be as decent living conditions, pool, jacuzzi, table morning and evening, a reception bar. At the reception you can find information about the program visit about sports in 0G. Of course for those interested in getting the station but not sure if can handle the lifestyle less extreme than that on Earth are welcome to join a program for a month or two they will begin to live like the people of our station.

The two hotels are called'' Urban Mix'' and'' Space'' Routs. '' Urban Mix'' is closer to the gravity 0 and we recommend those who want to experience all kinds of sports and activities in severity 0 and'' Roots'' Space is closer to the cultural areas of the station and we recommend lovers culture. Certainly those who are in Space'' Roots'' are forced to use transport to reach the area where you expuisi 0g to light in our center. Another activity that we offer a visitor is the observation of the space station. It would be an unforgettable experience to see what it looks like that lucuiesti planet, and this is not possible only through pictures in books. The programme "space walk" is for lovers of flight. Consists of a space walk to the station monthly "Menses". Here visitors can step on the moon and can, which will surely be a memorable and told experenta grandchildren. In conclusion, tourism will be a program with many activities and safety will remain our visitors with many memories that the end can even change lives and lifestyle.

9.5 Commerce
Trade-"Energy embedded in technology " As a branch of economy, trade, involves export and import of energy or materials .Instead we use a premise,a modern logo, unused and caracterisctic century technology.Energy embedded in technology is our premise starts from current conception exports of energy as laser beams or microwaves; making a simple calculation we found that a lot of energy is wasted on the road this can not be replaced in advance. Energy that we obtain for no cost from the sun via solar panels is transformed by the methods of transport (lasers, etc.) a real economic damage brought to the station, because the wasted energy is calculated as a profit so the profit is small compared with the losses we suffer trying to export energy. An ingenious method of producing a profit is to use raw materials conditions in space but also the opportunity for advancement of technologically much faster than on Earth. While on Earth occur large amounts of space for creating conditions; that is very high or very low temperatures, pressure and atmosphere we can provide all this and we can move forward in the production of nanotechnology. A revolutionary technology that has revolutionized modern human perception of technology in the thousand small scale. Nanotechnology is the recently discovered, has very high production costs due to these conditions mentioned

above and due to the volume of data they can store; it can be developed and analyzed properly to lead the modernization of industries such as medicine, technology, automation, etc. So the premise is the use of conditions that we are on hand and not cost us anything to export the high prices the latest technology which is indispensable on Earth; This spending huge amounts for it to produce. We rely on our product, on his quality but the human desire to modernize so "Energy embedded in technology " is future premise, and we will launch its own. 9.6 Communication Internal: Internal communication will be made through internet and wireless networks, but they will be in smaller numbers to minimize the risks. Internal communication will be made between: 1) Residents come from Earth 2) People working on the space settlement External: External communication between Earth and the station is very important so this will be done by satellites. They will be 4 and they will be placed around the earth, since we are located in L5. Necessary information will be sent to the nearest saletit and this will transmit data to Earth. Communication with Earth is vital but the communication with the moon is important to. And in communication with the moon we will place satellites. They we will be two and will be placed them all around the moon. They will have the same operational system as the ones from all around the Earth.

9.7 9.10 Political

Politic Sistem As on Earth, people will feel the need for safety and order. The order will be provided by a political system based on a mayor and his council comprises 10 ministers:finance,

transports, tourism, agriculture, education, ,industirie, science, health, and emergency situations. For they be elected every five years by the station population. The body politic must secure informed citizens, to communicate with Earth and propose new projects. Surveillance system It will consist of inflared filamt rooms, which can detacta every move and will be placed around the station. If you require an intervention, specially trained troops will arrive as soon as they can. Administrative system This system will handle the defense of human rights under the Constitution (of course with some adaptations). If a man is dissatisfied with a activiate or it seems that an injustice has been committed should report it immediately and those that make up this system to determine actions and to make researches we needed for a possible trial. The judiciary This as well as other systems will not differ very much from that on Earth. Shall consist of a body of lawyers that will support a process like that on Earth but in accordance with the rules of the Constitution stabilte station. Monetary System It is normal for everyone to pay for what they eat. Therefore the station our monetary system will be represented by a card system. Cards will be impartiete everyone even children money I transferred to parents. Wage workers will be received at the end of each week and calculu function will be in hours worked.

10. COST & SCHEDULE

10.1 Costs Earth materials Mining materials Crew launching from Earth Other Total Construction Space settlement construction Space settlement testing Space settlement aterials launch Space settlement assembly Final testing of space settlement Total Number of employees 1,000 100 200 400 100 1,800 Construction Costs 250,000 M 250,000 M 40,000 M 15,500 M 555,500 M Salary and accommodation costs 1,000 M 100 M 200 M 6,000M 250 M 7,550 M

11. PERSPECTIVE

Worst Case Scenario Lack of solar energy produced by photovoltaic solar panels would be unavailable, orbital station will be equipped with a total energy of Li-Ion or Li-Poligrecmer batteries and nanobaterries are designed to store a notable amount of energy to accommodate the residents using time spent on the station . Batteries will work for a determined period of time, which will also be calculated and estimated by scientists on board .We will take this energy storage due to the benefits we will bring such a large number of cargo no harm in terms of ethnic, special maintenance and required. The batteries used in the photovoltaic panels are Li-Ion batteries, for large storage capacity but prices are relatively excessive costs for the station.. A disadvantage might be the need of oxygen-acid battery type blumb a need for storing energy but need to be maintained at a temperature of 20 -5 C for the work capacity and to deliver results best month for a period of time. In case of conflagration The station would be threatened by Conflagration, we decided to use a method known enough on earth, named foam. While other conventional materials would protect the station on a limited time this foam is a modern alternative, a superior polystyrene or mineral wool provides benefits such as weight is virtually nonexistent but saving space, the application layer of 3 -4 cm would be more than adequate for power system protection but also to maintain ambient temperature. This foam will be applied carefully avoiding dust, grease and water .We chose it because of the advantages that offers such as thermal insulation that would relieve the crew of additional payments for heating but also waterproof, properties that are found rarely in a single operation. The advantages of using polyurethane foam: no use of air for insulation, ambient temperature control and is capable of holding long term (minimum 50 years), they can hardly be used over the entire station and reduce energy costs, reduce transmission of vibration, seal any surface areas, and can form a continuous coating without joints. Another way is to equip the station with a large number of fire extinguishers that he needed any citizen can use it being in every home, public place or place of work. The crew will be instructed prevending every three years reactions like panic and disorganization. In conclusion foam insulation will be how to protect passive electris system, fire station and the inhabitants of small or large, as active way we equip the station with fire extinguishers. Impact An impact is characterized by 'an object or process in contact with the space station and can alter the structure, function and even existence (in extreme cases). Therefore we decided to categorized impacts as: impacts to micrometeoriti and macrometeoriti . Impact of Radiation Micro meteorites can be considered small danger to the stage where I get to be just dust in the same category as registering radiation of all types (, , ). As a measure against micro meteorites that are small , the station structure can`t not be affected and can`t

influence it for long-time s but may compromise performance of the solar panels. As the main protective measure is to use carbon nanotubes structure who reject small particles such as dust or sand-like particles. Another way to protect active is cleaning the station for that we have robots especially designed. Once you have the main function, which is the cleaning and polishing of photovoltaic panels for it to capture a greater energy and quantity to give the maximum efficiency, these robots maintain panels practical life by cleaning particles and other impurities.
