The application for the Red Sox Fellowship Program consists of two copies of the following: Cover letter that answers the following questions (400 words maximum): 1. The Fellow will gain significant exposure and experience in a professional environment while adding value to the Boston Red Sox organization, and their Human Fellows areplatforms. *Note: Resources not guaranteed employment with the Boston Red Sox after the Fellowship concludes. Requirements: Fellows must have exceptional communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. All applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Fellows are expected to work peak operation times throughout their program including some nights, weekends and holidays. All undergraduate majors or concentrations are welcome.
