Just last Thurs , we had Henriette and Florian from Xenon, Munich to visit. They have an enormous demand for Nurses in Hospitals and Care Homes in Germany. With 6 months free initial free accommodation, this is an attractive one. It goes with sponsored German classes in home country before setting out for Germany. Eleana and Mara have been working hard with the Greek market. In Dublin we are now like a Skype Emporiam for Greek candidates as well as Spanish. The Irish Market is perkier and we have been able to welcome some Portuguese, Polish and Spanish Nurses to work here. In Lisbon Ana and Mara have been busy preparing for the Doctor Recruitment event at the end of May and Porto prepares for a non stop list of events from April 23rd through to July- Nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapists. During this month we will host a new event for nursing in United Kingdom in Porto, and given most of received feedback from our candidates, to start a career, or to develop professional experience within a different healthcare system, in a nursing home in UK has been proving to be a good option. Eduardo Moral El prximo mes lo tenemos cargado de trabajo, ya que se avecina nuestro evento con el NHS en Lisboa para seleccionar doctores. Estamos poniendo el mayor de los empeos en este proyecto, ya que creemos que puede ser muy beneficioso para un futuro prximo. A la vez, seguimos con la seleccin de fisioterapeutas para Estados Unidos, perfilando ya nuestro tercer proceso de seleccin en Espaa, que se realizara el prximo mes de Julio. Tambin seguimos seleccionando enfermeros para trabajar en cada vez mas pases de Europa (Francia, Blgica, Alemania) siendo como siempre nuestros principales mercados UK e Irlanda, donde tenemos una inmensa demanda de esta profesin. Cada vez lo estamos haciendo mejor, y seguiremos as para ofrecer a nuestros candidatos el mejor servicio posible y las mayores probabilidades de xito en su bsqueda de empleo. As another big recruitment event for doctors is coming in May, we are all trying our best to get suitable candidates from Spain, Greece and all over Europe. Onze kandidaten doen hun best om de basis snel te leren en wij moeten zeggen dat wij elke week veel verbeteringen kunnen zien. Zeker weten dat wij gauw trots op hun kunnen zijn! 2 kandidaten reizen in enkele dagen naar Belgie en dat is een zeer leuk nieuws! Projecto "Doctors to UK" est a todo o vapor e a grande velocidade. Diariamente recebemos novas ofertas por parte da NHS e a fluncia de candidatos tambm tem aumentado progressivamente. Mdicos interessados nesta oportunidade j ultrapassou os 100, vindos estes de Espanha, Itlia e Grcia. Portugal tambm tem demonstrado uma ptima aderncia e visvel por parte destes a procura por novas oportunidades, novas formas de trabalho e novas experincias. Trs eventos com a NHS esto j confirmados, que tero lugar em Lisboa no prximo ms de Maio e Junho, com interesse em um vasto numero de especialidades. O trabalho tem sido gratificante mas "non stop" pois um projecto como este requer muito trabalho por parte de todos e claro, tambm por parte do candidato, que tem as maus cheias com entrevistas, registo, documentao, etc... A par deste projecto progridem os Fisioterapeutas para os USA e os Enfermeiros para UK que requerem grandes nmeros e por esta e outras razoes, duas novas colegas, Eleana e Mara, comecaram a trabalhar connosco para que continue a ser possvel satisfazer as necessidades dos nossos clientes. First 3 months of 2012 were more than busy at our Porto office. Many recruitment events, different employers and different destinations for the young nurses looking for a new career move. We are happy to see our team growing, with new colleagues in Lisbon and Dublin offices, a friendly welcome to them. Recruitment of Nurses for Northern Ireland continues thriving, with over 70 Portuguese and Spanish nurses already selected to work in the region. But the big news for me would be the beginning of what we expect to be a prosperous journey, with the recruitment of medical professionals for Germany, one of the steadiest economies in the world, with a lot to offer to candidates. We are concluding the arrangements for language training that will be offered by employers and expect to start candidate selection very soon. Ana Teresa Andrade The current level of activity is bordering on the hyperactive. However, this is a situation I would most definitely prefer to the opposite. Much of the emphasis of late has been in expanding both the scope and the Geographical coverage of BPL. Doctor Recruitment in conjunction with UK partners on behalf of the NHS is very active currently with prospectively as many as three event s for June alone. It is nice that we have been able to provide a truly pan European profile to these events. Important source markets are Portugal, Spain, Greece and Italy but other markets figure such as Czech Republic, Poland, France and Belgium. There are also candidates originating in South America. These positions are from mid-level Doctor Positions to very senior Consultant Posts across a range of specialties and the initial event in June will aim to fill around 20 vacancies for an NHS Trust. On the staff front we are strengthening the language profile even further with the recent appointment of Eleana in Dublin who is a native Greek speaker with strong Dublin family ties and Mara in Lisbon who is native Romanian with strong Greek language skills and cultural links to Greece in the past.
