Tuition is a flat year fee and is not negotiable according to attendance. You may choose to pay the yearly total or for your convenience we accept monthly payments. 10% discount for paying year in full. Monthly payments not received by the first class of the month will be charged a $5.00 late fee per student per month. Make checks payable to TaVaci. Returned checks will be charged a $20 fee.
COSTUMES
We will use the same costume for both semesters performances and for several years in a row to help keep costs to a minimum. We help families in buying/trading used costumes for discounted prices. Costumes and fees are subject to change. Additional Costume requirements provided by you: Boys: Black slacks, socks and dress shoes Younger Girls: White tights and black dress shoes Older Girls: TBA
Items that must be bought through TaVaci: All Boys: Black button up shirt and red tie $37 Boogie Beat Girls: White satin dress with red sequin sash and bolero + hair accessory $70 Rhythm Rocker Girls: Rhythm Rocker GIRLS will be getting new costumes in fall 2012 Details and price to come All students: TaVaci T-shirt $14 (optional)
Concert Fee: $25 first student or $35.00 per family Prop Fee: Minimum, depending on props COMMUNICATION
Our main/only mode of contact will be, first, via e-mail and second, text message. If you do not check one or the other on a regular/daily basis, please let us know so that we can arrange the best way to contact you. TaVacis Responsibilities: To provide a safe and fun environment for learning and growth. To treat each child with love and respect. To help each childs self esteem and confidence grow both on stage and off. To foster a love of music, drama, theater and performing in each child. To teach and help develop leadership skills in each child. To be prepared. To begin and end on time. To teach life skills in a fun and uplifting way. To provide information and updates to parents in a timely manner. HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE AND LOTS OF FUN!
Students/Parents Responsibilities: Arrive on time. But, please do not send your child into the studio more than five minutes before class begins Be to class each week. New material is learned each week. If you are not comfortable with your child walking in/ out of the studio, please accompany them. We cannot be responsible for children outside our classroom. Parents and accompanied children are welcome to wait in the foyer/seating area. Please do not bring food or drink into the Fuzion Studio per their rules. Please respect their beautiful studio. Be excited and prepared to learn. Be respectful to the teacher, the other students and yourself. HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE AND LOTS OF FUN!
