Thermal Technologies Hydronic Control Panel is the heart of the T-Zone II Roof De-icing systems and completely manages the melting away of massive roof area with snow and ice build up. By integrating our aluminum alloy panel system with radian PEX tubing, we have developed a de-icing system that is 90% more efficient than any electric roof de-icing system on the market to date. Our custom engineered radiant roof heating systems offer the most technically advanced, highly scalable and ecofriendly de-icing solution. We offer roof heating systems for all types of applications, including new construction, remodelling and existing roofs. Installing radiant roof heating can extend the life of your roof as well as enhance the value of your home or commercial property.

Thermal Technologies uses an environmentally friendly, heated liquid glycol solution that circulates through the pex tubing incases in our alloy panels. This liquid can be heated by various types of boiler systems including electric, gas, solar and geothermal units. Our Seisco electric hydronic boiler is heated by a patented power sharing technology which offers full modulation for accurate output temperatures. It is then circulated through approved pex tubing to heat roofs, floors and driveways.

It is ANSI/UL 834 approved for space heating. It is the only electric boiler that fully modulates with water temperature, resulting in higher efficiency and lower operating costs.
