Swiss-Garden reserves the right by authorization from you to use and assign all information in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy. All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia and are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes. Credit Cards for online booking will be charged the full stipulated amount of th e reservations inclusive of all taxes and applicable service fees at the time of booking. The usage of our website is solely to make legitimate reservations or purchases and not for any other purposes including without limitation, false or fraudulent reservations. The required age that warrants the use of the website and booking engine must be at least 18 years of age. Swiss-Garden is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, speci al or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or booking engine. Cancellations / Amendments Policy. To cancel/amend a booking please complete and submit our cancellation/amendment form: http://www.swissgarden.com/policies/cancelamend.php ? All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out such as check ing out early or for no shows and which will be subject to the sole discretion o f hotel. ? A non-refundable 10% admin fee applies to each cancellations/amendments bookin g. (Additional fees for some credit cards may apply). ? Cancellation made within 24 hours of check-in time will be forfeited the full amount of the cancelled first night. ? Cancellation made with more than 48 hours prior to check-in date, a nominal ca ncellation fee of RM50.00 will apply. ? Amendments made within 24 hours of check-in will incur an administration charg e of RM50.00 per booking. ? The Hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for any cancellation f ees due. These charges may occasionally vary due to some hotels having more strict cancel lations policies during peak holiday or conference periods. In these cases our r eservations staff will advise you by email the applicable cancellation policy. No refunds or credit will be issued for no shows or non utilized confirmed room nights.
