1. T-Panels Thermal Eave Panels are an extruded aluminum alloy heated panel system. We encapsulate the heat source inside our alloy panels which promotes maximum heat transfer. We do not try to heat air spaces or hope for indirect heat transfer like other systems do. All of our systems are designed to accommodate three different heat sources: Pre-terminated self regulating or cut to length self regulating heat cables, a resistance cable and the most revolutionary advancement, hydronic tubing. Our panels are designed for 3/8 in hydronic tubing. The use of hydronic tubing is the most efficient and cost effective way to eliminate unwanted icicles and ice dams. Can retro-fit with existing self regulating cable. T-Panels T2 system has a heated surface area of 10-12 inches, the T Panels T3 system has a heated surface area of 16-18 inches, the T Panels Valley Panel is 4 inches wide. Thats 2-3xs larger than of other systems. Wider Valley Panel provides greater heat dissipation than similar competitors. Direct Heat Transfer along the ENTIRE Panel for maximum heat transfer. 9. 7. T-Panels Thermal Eave Panels are designed to operate on LESS watts/ft than other systems. Our T2 panel operates on a typical heat cable output of 12-18 watts/ft and our T3 panel operates on 18-27 watts/ft. Compared to other systems, our systems heat more surface area for less. T Panels Thermal Eave Panels use 30% LESS Heat Cable than similar competitors 30% Less Energy Consumption Requires 30% of the Electrical Circuitry 8. The finish on our panels, not to mention the panels themselves, will last for years. Our T Panels Thermal Eave Panels are extremely durable. Whack them with a hammer, no denting, and no chance of damage to the cables or tubing inside, our panels are virtually indestructible. Copper cladding is also available. T-Panels Thermal Eave Panels are expandable. Just slide another extension panel in place, and possibly another run of heat cable, and melt another 6-8 inches of roofline. There are no other systems out there that are expandable.
