For this selection process, we may find that email is the most efficient way to communicate with you. Candidates who apply to selection processes should include an email address that accepts email from unknown users (some email systems block these types of email). If special circumstances (vacation, sickness, etc.) prevent you from having access to your email system OR if you do not have access to an email system, it is your responsibility to inform us. Furthermore, if you DO NOT wish to receive correspondence by email it is your responsibility to inform us. In this case, there will be a delay from the time we issue the letters until you receive them. The pool established as a result of this selection process may be used to staff various clerical positions within the Calgary Tax Services Office.
