The purpose of this document is to introduce a new system that will be

created and developed by the developers to improve the existing system of
Andrea Joy Salon and Spa. It also identifies the different processes done by
the system.
The intended audiences for this document are the developers and the

2.1 Business Description

The AJSAS is a salon and spa that offers different types of hair services
such as hair spa, hair straightening, hair cold wave, hair cellophane, hair cut,
manicure and pedicure. The salon/spa can accommodate 3 to 4 persons. The
spa has it’s own product (Intensive Conditioner Treatment) to be used in their
different services.

2.2 Business Objectives

DUTIES
• Minimize the effort done by the user
• Make records more accessible for the users
• Faster process to facilitate task that can be performed in a mat-
ter of time

• Due to faster service, large number of users can use it everyday
