We can interpret from chart that in Amul 60% are saying that they prefer direct method and 40% are saying that they prefer Third party for Recruitment and selection procedure, Whereas in Elecon 40% are saying that they prefer direct method and 60% are saying Third party, and GSECL totally prefer the direct method of Recruitment and Selection practice.

From the above data we can analyse that Amul uses Newspapers, internet, campus interview and casual applications for recruitment, whereas Elecon uses Newspaper, internet, consultancies and also casual applications and GSECL prefers Internet, Referrals and casual applications as a source of Recruitment.

In Amul 40% of respondents are saying they use panel interviews and 60% are saying they use personal interview and they dont conduct telephonic and video conference interview. Whereas in Elecon all are saying that they conduct both types of interview i.e. panel and personal and they also dont use telephonic and video conference interview. And GSECL uses only panel interview as a selection process.

According to data found 80% are saying that they frame out their interview as formal and structured and 20% are saying unstructured in Amul, whereas in Elecon 80% are saying that they frame out their interview as semi-structured and 20% are saying unstructured. And GSECL totally frame out their interview structure as Formal and structured.

Interview techniques used in Amul are both listening and questioning, and in Elecon all are saying that they use questioning but 60% are also saying they use listening and 40% are saying they also use note-taking as one of the interview technique. Whereas in GSECL, 40% of respondents are saying listening and 80% say Questioning as interview technique.

Amul has good, Elecon has very good and GSECL have average level of recruitment and selection policies according to the ratings of respondents.

From the above data we can analyse that Amul and GSECL conduct 2 to 5 rounds or level of technical interviews, whereas Elecon use to conduct more than 5 rounds of technical interviews.

From the above data we can find that all the companies use compulsorily conduct medical test but in Amul and GSECL they also conduct aptitude test according to 40% of the respondents but Elecon also uses Situational reaction test as a selection procedure as per the response of 60% of respondents.
