The poem that will be discussed in this essay is April Rain Song by Langston Hughes. I have chosen to discuss this poem because In this essay I will discuss what the poem reminds me of, how the poet uses word choice to excite the reader and the use of personification. Sentence 1. Sentence 2. Sentence 3. (MINIMUM!) April Rain Song reminds me of many different things that have happened in my life. April Rain Song makes me think of a holiday in France when I was a child. The reason for this is that it rained every day. Let the rain sing you a lullaby is like the sound of rain on a tent when you are trying to sleep. It is very relaxing to me to hear rain when I am going to sleep. Rain was a big part of the holiday in France.
