1. Whats HOT!
For migration from one plan to other use Plan Voucher and for extending the validity of a Plan use Plan Continuation Voucher. Plan Voucher MRP Rs 56.00 is to be used for extension of validity of Power SIM and all HP Circle Student Plans. MRP of GSM FWP reduced to Rs 1000 w.e.f. 0000hrs of 06/02/2012 for 90 days. For details please see the GSM FWP Scheme details in the document (Point no. 9). STV 175 re-launched w.e.f. 0000hrs of 04/04/2012 to 2400hrs of 02/07/2012.

No Validity will be provided on TOPUPs w.e.f. 0000hrs of 21/03/2012. For getting validity please use Plan Voucher of the respective plan/new desired plan.

Local voice call to one BSNL Fixed / CDMA/WLL number in his/her own name free up to thirty minutes per day. The call charge beyond thirty minutes is 20p/Min.

The credential of the Paramilitary forces personnel/Armed forces personnel/ Railways Protection Force personnel is to be verified before activating the plan by taking a photocopy of his Identity Card issued by his office duly attested by his controlling officer. A self certificate indicating that no other connection is active in his name under this special paramilitary plan anywhere in India is also to be taken. The above special plan is to be activated in BSNL, CSC only. Paramilitary forces personnel /Armed forces personnel/Railways Protection Force personnel using BSNL connection and Port-in customers will be allowed to activate the special plan by using the Plan Voucher of the plan. On migration to the new plan, the unutilized balance in the customers account will be carried forward. However, validity of the previous plan will not be carried forward. Rs.5 per number per occasion will be recovered for change in 5 F&F numbers. Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) are allowed subject to technical feasibility. 9. GSM Fixed Wireless Phone (FWP) Tariff

New SIMs have been configured for the Sale of FWPs having 125 minutes Free On net ( Local/STD Calls)per month for 12 months. Details of FWP SIM are as under: SIM and activation charge is Rs 20, inclusive of all taxes. Cost of the FWP Set will be Rs. 1000.00 inclusive of all taxes. SIMs are to be activated by any of the available Plan Voucher as per customers requirement.. After activation, SIM will get 365 days validity. On activation, subscriber will get 1500 minutes free on net calls (Local/ STD) at the rate of 125 minutes per month for 12 months. The unused free minutes will not be carried forward to the next month. Subscriber can check his account of Free minutes allowed per month by dialing *123*4#. To call any other network subscriber has to top-up his number as per his need. The above scheme is valid from 0000hrs of 06/02/2012 for 90 days i.e. upto 05/05/2012.

a. Add Family & Friend Number (Prepaid Customers)

Now customers can add 2 Local BSNL & 1 STD BSNL Numbers. For adding the FnF numbers the following procedure has to be followed. Landline Numbers have to be entered as 0<STD Code><Landline Number> e.g. 01772800xxx. i. For Adding the FnF Numbers first time Send an SMS in the following format to 53733 exlpower <First Number> <Second Number > <Third Number > ii. c. Peer to Peer Amount Transfer (PTOP)

Now BSNL Customers can Gift/Transfer Talk Time from one Mobile no. to another Mobile no. in SAME CIRCLE. The process for registration and workflow is given below: i. For Registration of New Subscribers Send SMS in the following format to 54455/54456: register ptop ii. For getting a new Password (Forget Password) Send SMS in the following format to 54455/54456: register ptop iii. For Changing Password Send SMS in the following format to 54455/54456: Change Password <old password> to <New Password> repeat <New password> For example Change Password <1234> to <2011> repeat <2011> iv. Gifting of Talk Time Send SMS in the following format to 54455/54456: gift <msisdn no of person to whom gift has to be send> <amount> <password> For example gift <9493678930> <100> <2011> v. Help Information Send SMS in the following format to 54455/54456: Help vi. Terms & Conditions for using PTOP For each Successful Gift Transaction Rs. 2.00 will be charged. Gift Range between Rs. 10.00 to Rs. 200.00. Gift amount should be multiple of 10.00. Minimum Balance Should be Rs. 50.00 of Source Mobile Number. Gift can only be sent in a same circle e.g. Rajasthan to Rajasthan, Punjab to Punjab, Haryana to Haryana, HP to HP, J&K to J&K etc.

Automated Recharge Reversal (for CTOPUP Retailers only)

The reversal of wrong transaction through C-Topup has been automated through SMS. Short Code for sending SMS is 58081. Format for sending the SMS is given below: REV <Customer Mobile No.> <Amount/MRP> <Trans_ID /Ref_No.> For Example REV 94180xxxxx MRP 214727082, REV 94180xxxxx 100 214727082. This automated process for reversal of wrong transaction through SMS based is as below: The automated process of reversal through SMS will be valid within 2 hours from wrong transaction time. The automated process of reversal through SMS based will valid within the same calendar date (i.e. before 2400 hrs.) of wrong transaction. The TOPUP/RCV/Flexi TOPUP are allowed to reverse through this process. Plan Vouchers and STVs are not allowed for reversal. Each Retailer is allowed 5 successful reversal transactions in each calendar month. The SMS charges to use this service is Rs. 2/- per transaction.

Vanity/Choice numbers

Vanity numbers are fancy numbers for BSNL mobiles (Postpaid and Prepaid). These numbers have combination of digits which gives a special look to the mobile number. Category of vanity numbers and their charges are as follows:

ISD tariff for the countries, if any, not included in the revised ISD tariff mentioned above, will be grouped under Rest of the World and charged @ Rs.100/Minute.
