Discussion on Regularity and Openness in Editing Net work of University Journals

Abstract :U niversity journals develop t heir own editing network , which has four factors advanced by Social
Network Analysis. The factors are st ruct ure , resource , regulation and develop ment . So t he editing network has
two important att ributes : regularity and openness. Basically , t he relationship of t he att ributes is t he same as
t hat of stability and develop ment . They determine values and existence of university journals.

ples suffering and womens unfort unate experience. Bot h of t hem can inherit t he realistic t radition of folk song
, regard t he act ual life of t heir times as t he content , make content and form merge wit h each ot her and reach
perfect unity.
