The Pyari JODI plan will be provided as new mobile connections only. The above prepaid plan is to be offered through BSNL CSC only and not through other outlets viz. Franchisee/DSA/OSS/Retailer outlets. The SIM & Activation is free for normal SIM. In case of specific request from customer for USIM, Rs.59 will be charged for USIM. The customer may be asked to produce last paid bill of the Landline number also to verify the genuineness of the customer. No concession in call charges from Landline number to the Jodi mobile number will be allowed. This is a promotional prepaid plan for 90 days from 15-01-2011 to 14-04-2011.

Other Commercial conditions: 1. One Free SIM with Pyari Jodi Prepaid plan can be offered for one BSNL Land Line. 2. The Plan may be allowed to all eligible landline numbers working for individual/company/establishment on production of Last Paid Bill after due verification. 3. This plan is applicable to fixed /Limited Mobility WLL customers. 4. This plan is applicable for the landline connections working in Tamilnadu Circle/Chennai TD and not applicable for other circles BSNL landline numbers. 5. 3G services/facilities can be provided on the 2G SIM issued under this plan. 6. This plan is applicable for Service Landline Connections also. 7. The free call facility from the Mobile to Landline will be available to the customers till the time the Pyari Jodi is active.
Procedure to register 4 BSNL Numbers to avail Friends & Family facility under this plan:
1. For free calls to one BSNL Land line number: Local call to One BSNL fixed/WLL (Fixed/Limited Mobility) number in the name of customer will be activated automatically by Sanchorsoft (through CCM Module) at the time of CAF entry by CSR staff. 2. For reduced local call charges on 2 BSNL Numbers* & STD call charges on 1 BSNL Number^: Customer has to activate through SMS to 53733 as detailed below: The customer has to send SMS as FFE<space> <2nd No. LL/WLL with STD code /Mobile GSM/RUIM Number><space><3rd No. LL/WLL with STD Code /Mobile GSM/RUIM th Number><space> <4 STD No. LL/WLL with STD code /Mobile GSM/RUIM Number>to 53733 to avail reduced call rate to these numbers @ Re.0.20 /min for local calls and Re.0.30 /min for STD calls. 1. Since the customer has to produce the copy of the landline/WLL bill and the mobile connection also has to be in the name of the customer who subscribes to landline as per C.O. instructions, it is decided that the Tamilnadu Circle Landline customer can avail this pyari jodi plan services through Sanchorsoft on production of last paid bill of the landline within Tamilnadu CSCs and Chennai circle Landline customers within Chennai CSCs with an instruction that modification of FFL is not permitted. However due to any departmental reason, if the LL/WLL number is changed/shifted, approval may be conveyed to Trichy IN to carry out the modification as per the request from SSAs after verifying the genuineness at CSR level of the respective SSA. 2. Modalities to be followed by CSCs & customers for SIM/PLAN sales/activation through Sanchorsoft is given
below:-

The procedure for Activation of PYARI JODI in SS. Pre Paid Number by Choice <MENU> PYARI JODI <Sub Menu> Through this menu the activation will be done, the FRC amount need not be put through CTOPUP ; the amount RS.33 is to be collected by CSR upon making sale entry of the RECON SIM and also it is proposed to generate a receipt of Rs.33 for the sale entry. It is mandatory that *123# is to be given within three days from the date of sale. Otherwise the connection will be removed from the system on the 4th day. Only when the customer makes the first call, the connection will be deemed as activated. The freebies provided will have to be consumed within 30 days from the date of sale in Sancharsoft. 3. For each landline/WLL connection only one mobile connection will be provided. Once a free SIM given to the Subscriber upon producing the necessary documents at CSR against the Land Line, it is proposed to mark a trigger in SS in order to avoid issuing of one more free SIM to the Same LL/WLL number inadvertently by any CSR in TN Circle. 4. It is not proposed to have check in SS regarding issue of any number of SIMs already issued under ENNANBAN Super Plan before issue of SIM under PYARI JODI. Hence it is possible to have a free SIM for the same LL under PYARI JODI also.
