Finance Our Finance practice assists CFOs and nance functions with improving the value provided within their respective organizations as well as externally in the marketplace. This includes supporting the decision-making processes that help to improve the nance controllership and corporate governance activities. Our Infrastructure Operations (IO) practice helps clients develop pragmatic answers to some tough questions about their infrastructure: What should they outsource and where? Where does it make the most sense to build their next plant? How should they invest in sustainability? How should they structure a shared services organization? How can they utilize call centers? The IO practice helps clients in their efforts to examine every angle of their service delivery models, from real estate to shared services, and from outsourcing to offshoring, to help create lasting value. Our Integration, Divestiture & Restructuring practice helps clients substantially increase shareholder returns, expand and accelerate revenue, capture cost synergies, and reduce transaction and transition risk through mergers, acquisitions or divestitures. We also help our clients enact structural and sustainable change to the business, operations, and/or capitalization models on an enterprise-wide, business unit or functional level. Our manufacturing operations practice helps improve the effectiveness and efciency of the planning/engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery/logistics of business processes to create a strategic, competitive advantage. Our Service Operations practice works with clients across multiple industries and sectors who are focused on improving protability and business productivity. This is accomplished by enhancing core elements of the business model, therefore creating value through process simplication, operating cost reduction, and service improvement.
