Also, learn about the candidates positions by reading local papers, watching local news and checking out the internet. Next, Vote in the Primary, Oct. 11. The October 11 primary is very important to narrow the Iisl of candidales vho are seeking ofhce. Too oflen, voters overlook this critical step. Vote during early voting, leading up to the primary, if you can. Early voting starts September 22 at the Guilford County Courthouse in downtown Greensboro. See schedule at right. Finally, Vote in the General Election, Nov. 8. Vote at your neighborhood polling place on Nov. 8 or better yet, avoid the crowds and vote early at one of the early voting places listed in the right column.
