Responsibilities:
1. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. 2. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. 3. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. 4. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. 5. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, 18. and presentations. 19. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. 20. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
21. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. 22. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. 23. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Job Purpose Provides HR administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, training and development, people and performance management, social welfare as well as updating and maintenance of HR records. Responsibilities and duties:
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules. Conducts interviews up to Senior Executive levels. Arranges interviews for management levels. Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates. Conducts orientation program to new employees. Handles monthly payroll. Manages and appraises subordinates performance and their career advancement.
