Delaware Family Policy Council (DFPC) is a statewide family values organization that focuses on strengthening and supporting families through public policy and education. DFPC equips citizens in strengthening and advocating for their own families, therefore being engaged in the democratic process of choosing leaders who best represent their values. DFPC is committed to promoting and preserving: the right of parents as the first and primary educators in the life of their child(ren), religious freedom and rights in the classroom, and academic and educational integrity. DFPC also works to network and support education professionals who value principles of faith, family and freedom, in their critical roles as teachers and influencers in our community and especially in the lives of our children.
All school board candidates were sent a questionnaire through email and standard mail and encouraged to participate as a service to their community. If additional comments were provided by a candidate, it is noted with an * and can be viewed on p.2 &/or on our website: www.delawarefamilies.org Because we are grading candidates, this scorecard is not for distribution by churches. However individuals absolutely have the freedom to do so and should. DFPC is a non-profit member driven organization. To donate towards our work or to become a member, go to www.delawarefamlies.org.
