That I, JULIET T. TADEO, of legal age, married to Danilo B. Tadeo, Filipino and a resident of Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P15,000.00), Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid and receipt of which is hereby acknowledge, by MARIO P. No. 2, Barrio of Salvacion, Municipality of BAyombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya; thence x x x. Containing an area of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (250) SQUARE METERS. x x x, Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 3266, Rs-229; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 3264-C; Csd-2-03-003665-D; along line 3-4 by Lot 3264-A, Csd-2-03-003665-D; on the NW., along line 4-5 by ROAD; and on the NE., along line 5-1 by Lot 3265, Rs-229. x x x. Which parcel of residential land above-described the absolute and exclusive owner, my ownership thereto being evidenced by Original Certificate of Title No. S-144. AFFIDAVIT I, MARIANO D. ANCHETA, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen and a resident of salvacion, bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say: That I am the original occupant since 1970 of a certain parcel of land situated at Salvacion, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya with an approximate area of Three hundred sixty (360) square meters now finally surveyed and particular identified as Lot No. C. That sometime in the year 1981 in consideration of my love and affection to my family I verbally waived and remounced all whatever rights to and interests I may have over the said parcel of land in favor of RENATO P. ANCHETA who is now in actual occupation of the said lot. That by these presents, I hereby confirm my previous verbal relinguishment and forever waive all my rights to and interest over the said parcel of land in his favor. That I interpose no objection if RENATO P. ANCHETA will file his public land application over the said lot in order to perfect his rights to and ownership leading to the issuance of patents in his favor. That I am executing this affidavit freely, voluntarily and not for any purpose of speculation.
